well you can't work alone so you have to "trust" someone. which is why a lot of drug dealers are gang members. it is too risky to snitch on a fellow gang member for obvious reasons. whereas if you are just dabbling as a side business, it is only a matter of time until you get caught. the benefit of course is you can always stop until it is too late (but few do) but you can't easily leave the gang.

there is some "aryan gang" or some shit and they communicate via the prison system with prisons across the country to track pedos down and kill them. one such case was in my state. a few inmates entered another inmate's cell and killed him, and somehow miraculously none of the guards were around to prevent that. what i don't get is those killers must have nothing to lose. couldn't they get a death sentence for killing a fellow inmate.
