Still working on the HUD. Given the feedback I got from the last thread I made new drafts for the health indicator, this time on the top-left of the window.

I'm thinking that the transparent background works best. Maybe in-game have the HUD be very transparent unless needed by the player?

Cool, reminds me to the first Resident Evil. Does the character will suffer any secondary efect for being damaged?

I'm thinking of including certain health effects given the nature of the damage, such as bleeding and burning.

In terms of effects outside of health, I'm definitely thinking of sanity. It's originally going to be a sort of ticking doom clock, slowly decreasing but very difficult to keep up if left unchecked. This affects little things like little abnormalities at first, then important things like battle capabilities, then essential things like visual-audio feedback until you're on the fringe of a schism.

I have a feeling that something bad will happen if Wally confronts Holly in the middle of the flashback, like some sort of memory paradox loop or something.

Aaron just skipped over the bit where it would have been impossible to keep them safe or make their method of transit not look stupid.

That may be an actual possibility. This whole time wally and co. have assumed this is just a flashback of holly's memories, but have never actually tried to interact with Holly.

That could have been the reason why Lyn gave him that stare the first time he tried to enter in contact with him, because he was with Holly, Wally and co. can interact with everyone in the flasback as long as is not Holly or near her.

It was pretty dumb establish that they could get hurt in this illusion and then kind of show it when Wally gets ko'ed after the car crash to then make them see a house explote without any scratch.

they survived the jump but not because if was an illusion, some one obviously does not want them dead... they would have died had the hit the ground.

Endtown wasn't always popular here on Sup Forums. I was introduded to it on a "unkown webcomics" thread. A bit later someone else made a dedicated thread but we were disappointed to have only about 5 posters max even if the thread managed to last for hours.

If she erroneously thinks "strawberry blonde" is mostly blonde with only a touch of strawberry, she may have "corrected" Kirbee's colour scheme to fit her verbal description, basing it on Holly's hair and adjusting it very slightly.
