Astro City 37 Storytime

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to Astro City, the hot spot for any cape in the world. I'm sure you've met Samaritan and Confessor and Winged Victory, plus all of those other guys and gals whose lives revolve around heroes and villains.
