Dude, Rohmel was killed by the SS because he refused to break the Geneva convention when ordered to
Dylan Young
Rohmel an heroed, because he participated in a plot against Fuhrer. He was given an option by Adolf: suicide and honourable funeral or court and dishonourable execution.
Josiah Hall
Thanks again. This guy was a war machine of epic proportion.
From wiki:
"Blokhin and his team worked without pause for 10 hours each night, with Blokhin executing an average of one prisoner every three minutes"
Jace Ross
Yea I figured you'd like him. Although it's hard to rank him in comparison to Dirlewanger since his motives may have been service to the state.
Jack Garcia
Dirlewanger did nothing wrong
Chase Gomez
Ilse Koch
Cooper Turner
Wow. That's fucked up. I wouldn't be surprised if he got killed by the post-Stalin government.
Henry Johnson
DINDU NUFFIN!
Daniel Perry
The blood lust and power behind these people, it's almost unreal. Something like that old saying "truth is stranger than fiction".
Blokhin initially decided on an ambitious quota of 300 executions per night; and engineered an efficient system in which the prisoners were individually led to a small antechamber...
Christopher Smith
Officially it says he was forced into retirement after stalins death and later commuted suicide.
Juan Bell
Heinz Reinfarth
Responsible for the Wola massacre/genocide in Warsaw. In several days his troops murdered about 50 thousand civilian people, regardless of sex or age
He was never prosecuted in Germany
Lucas Campbell
Hulagu Khan.
Charles Wood
They wuz gud bois
Anthony Butler
Yeah Oskar's superior of sorts. I think I read about him becoming a mayor of some German town, then a lawyer and then retired on a military pension.
Jeremiah Howard
I can never understand how there are still some poles today who actually like nazism.
Jose Hall
>commuted suicide.
Jose Richardson
"He had brought a briefcase full of his own Walther pistols, since he did not trust the reliability of the standard-issue Soviet TT-30 for the frequent, heavy use he intended. The use of a German pocket pistol, which was commonly carried by German police and intelligence agents, also provided plausible deniability of the executions if the bodies were discovered later.[16"
Ahahaha
Jaxon Bailey
>how there are still some poles today who actually like nazism I think sympathy for nazism among Poles and Jews is the lowest in the world. Maybe also in Belarus
Blake Hernandez
A lot of poles participated in the holocaust and most polish people I know are antisemites.
How does that fit together?
Ethan Gonzalez
>A lot of poles participated in the holocaust and most polish people I know are antisemites You know what Normal distribution is?
And Holocaust is inseparable from Germany. Meanwhile the polish state didn't even exist at the time
Lincoln Gray
Current German state didnt exist at that time either so we dindu nuffin :^)
Lincoln Ramirez
>A lot of poles participated in the holocaust
>a lot
not really. Ukranians would be the biggest group of slavs who participated in it, specifically joining the SS death squads. Either way, someone whos say a Polish nationalist waxing poetic about the third reich makes no sense and its on the same level as a jewish nazi sympathizer
Alexander Ramirez
>A thousand years will pass and still Germany's guilt will not have been erased
Also poles did mistreat and kill Germans, Ukrainians, Lithuanians and Jews from 1919 on . And then their lunatics tried to move France to a 2 front war against Germany in the mid 1930*s, bragging they would take Berlin in two weeks.
Then they got some of their own medicine to taste.
Jaxon Gonzalez
>Could you name any military officer more vile, sadistic, predatory... someone just as insane as Oskar Dirlewanger? Ratko Mladic en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratko_Mladić
He killed hundreds of thousands of Muslims during the 1990s.
Nathan Hall
no evidence that the nazis did any of that >$.10 has been deposited into your account
Evan Cook
>Then they got some of their own medicine to taste Seems to me that deliberately murdering millions of people is not exactly the same medicine, because there's no organized crime conducted by the polish state as opposed to Germany, where we have, well, like an ocean of examples
James Fisher
Oskar Dirlewanger was probably mentally ill, no soldier should act that way
John Sullivan
>no evidence that the nazis did any of that
Didn't read anything about the person OP mentioned, just read the first sentence and declared "DINDU NUFFIN"
Hudson Rodriguez
>punch the big guy next to you all the time with your little fists >be surprised when he knocks you out at some point
Landon Russell
>be surprised when he knocks you out at some point breaking your limbs and murdering all your family would rather be a good analogy. And yes, you are justified when you don't expect that
Austin Rogers
Pretty awesome find! I think I've seen this guy, pictures taken of him in a Adidas track suit squatting on a tank.
Aiden Brooks
Ah there we have it. Finally a Pole that admits that Poland provoked and played with fire as well.
If you had listened to Pilsudski instead of following german hating madman and warmonger Beck nothing of this would have happened.
Jeremiah Bell
If Germany only went for what it officialy claimed - Gdańsk, we wouldn't have all this mess, but seems like Germans had something else on mind all the time
Elijah Roberts
But efficient....
Isaiah Lee
That on top of drinking and whatever drugs he was abusing...
If I had my own military, I'd want a mother fucker like that. I wouldn't want to be around him except for updates(?), but I'd want a mother fucker like that on my side.
Blake Powell
>This guy was a war machine of epic proportion.
More like a coward who got off to executing unarmed, bound POWs
Easton Young
blokhin was brutal but not really a war machine. shooting cowering men who are soaked in piss and on their knees isnt really brave or even war related. blokhin and dirlewanger were just niggers.
Luis James
LOL yeah because you would have said just keep Danzig and we will totally not urge GB and France to start a war against you behind the curtains again.
Do you believe this yourself?
Logan Green
It's hard to wonder if a guy like that would commit suicide. Like after killing so many people it's hard to see humans...as humans I guess. You'd have to be so desensitized to what humanity is. Would you kill yourself to escape that feeling of complete isolation from humanity? Or would you kill yourself because after all was said and done, you still felt something after all those murders.
Crazy fucking guy, I'd probably drink myself to sleep every night and end up shooting myself eventually if I did what he did.
Dominic Moore
Brutal, cold and all that comes with pulling a trigger on someone.
I'd say it takes a lot more than being a coward to do the heinous things that man did.
Brayden Walker
Dirlewanger was a war hero of WW1, he was no coward in the sense that he could only kill unarmed people.
He just did it as well because his personality got shattered in WW1 and he became a drug addicted psychopath.
Especially keeping in mind that he started as a MG gunner in the east in 1914 and got wounded six times may explain his merciless personality, he started the war by getting used to slaughter in masses.
He did at least one good thing, leading 600 Germans in WW1 out of Romania back to Germany before they got captured in shitty camps.
Ryder Ramirez
So what? It would be still a war for Gdańsk, not a world war
Landon Russell
Thank you, better worded than me.
Brandon Torres
You think bringing 2 of the biggest Empires to the battlefield just over a city would not cause a world war?
Especially if you keep in mind that Germany had some allies as well?
I get that you are mad because of some of the less nice things we did but dont pretend that Poland was innocent.
Justin Gutierrez
granted. my statement is geared more towards dirlewangers conduct in the second world war. i would rate blokhin as a bigger nigger than oskar.
Owen Bell
It wouldn't because you have a clear objective and you adjust the amount of army to the objective
If the objective is destroy Poland and conquer the Soviet Union then obviously you want a mass war
I just wanted to point out the differences; it takes more balls to get wounded six times in WW1 and be promoted Leutnant by NOT you bf Stalin than shooting people from behind in the head all day long like you would slaughter pigs.
I think of Dirlewangers personality as something like the Major from Hellsing anime, if you watched it you will understand.
The only anime I ever watched because of Nazi stuff n sheeit.
Matthew Cruz
Wait, why did France and GB declare war on us then in 1939? Because the plans to blitz the Soviets didnt even exist then?
Liam Phillips
And how is that related to my post?
War for Gdańsk = small army, small war
War to destroy a state = big army, big war
Tschus
Carter Garcia
Dude. Your treaties with France and GB didnt say.
"We, France and Great Britain, declare that we will totally help Poland if attacked by ebil Nazi Germany... unless its just a "small war" for some puny city dispute or smthng."
