India was once a center of buddhist culture and philosophy, but barely has any buddhists now. Were it hindus who fought against them? The truth is Muslims did destroy thousands of temples, slaughtered non muslims ,raped women and forced converted people like your ancestors. If there is hinduism today, that has to do with the rise of hindu nationalism during the medieval ages, not just them, but also cos of rise of Khalsa amongst sikhs. Otherwise India would be another islamic shithole with no hindu or Sikh left. As for muslims, ever since partition, the overall percentage of muslim population has only grown.
