If you missed the drama last night, on Patreon one of Willis loyal flock broke away from the hive mind and started to question him. He immediately broke down and begged for forgiveness from Willis and we all felt really bad.
>maybe now she will live >and not die from being sad >because people know she's an abusive RA that sleeps with one of the residents and is a constant drunk >Now she can go back to being an abusive RA that sleeps with one of the residents and is constantly drunk Thank you, Carla.
Hudson Carter
>LIVING TOO FAST
>THROW IT AWAY
>NO SECOND CHANCE
Adam King
Next comic is where everyone shits on Mary for almost killing Ruth.
Levi Wright
Gimme screens of drama.
Let me bathe in it.
Joshua Campbell
Carla is worse than Becky
Parker Fisher
It wasn't the fun kind of drama and Willis wised up and started acting kinda mature about the whole thing.
Anthony Thompson
Patreanon where are you?
Evan Foster
...
Andrew Green
Dude really?
Isaiah Gomez
SCREENS BATHE

>If you missed the drama last night, on Patreon one of Willis loyal flock broke away from the hive mind and started to question him. He immediately broke down and begged for forgiveness from Willis and we all felt really bad.
Can I get some more details?
Brody Davis
I want the receipts, nigga.
Jacob Scott
uhh the other thread got deleted so I'll post the patreon strip here
Jayden Miller
patreanon thread is kill. will we be next?
Colton Ward
...
Benjamin Powell
Probably killed it due to being a duplicate thread. Or the Mary/Carla pic.
Camden Wood
Ah haha. Haha.
I'm more emotionally invested in Willy's comic section than I am in his comic.
Aha.
Christian Morris
A good sign to go outside. Get a job. Meet some girls. Or guys if that's how you roll.
Aaron Taylor
I don't really understand why Ruth forced a break up instead of just ending their living arrangement and agreeing to meet up somewhere else. They could've gone on dates around town to keep Ruth's emotional batteries charged..
Luke Cook
You want to know what the best thing is? IU's RA handbook is available online; it doesn't say anything about RA/student relationships.
Zachary Smith
I'd go outside but it's 1 in the morning here and I can hear hobos fucking in an allyway.
It's consensual
Jacob Cooper
in my head, i hear willis mutter something about creative license as he simultaneously shits, pisses, and barfs
Jason Phillips
Is it easier to get off to that, or Willis's porn?
Tyler Parker
Wow, I've actually checked some IU stuff, but I never thought to look up that. Kinda undermines the entire premise.
Logan Perez
I'd honestly respect Willis if he ends this plotline with someone pointing out that Billie and Ruth dating isn't against any rules.
Also, I wonder if Willis is the kind of person who pukes on their baby when changing them.
Jacob Clark
Did Billie at least close the door or is everyone on the floor still leering?
Zachary White
judging from the lighting, no, everyone still gets to gawk at the girl who felt bummed out for one day and the fat asian that's diddling her doodly
Isaiah Ross
It makes it very easy to find out when Willis gets shit wrong, intentionally or not. There's a five day discrepancy in Willis' timeline based on the move-in date for dorms.
Kayden Ortiz
I just want off the ride.
Christopher Garcia
Still not seeing any reason this could've been done discreetly.
Carson Price
that's because it could have been but Willis is a hack and thinks ugly lesbian love is the purest love and should be shoved in everyone's faces
Nathan Peterson
>Willis is a hack and thinks ugly lesbian love is the purest love and should be shoved in everyone's faces
By that logic, Rebecca Sugar is a hack too.
Adrian Reyes
And Carla is the worst person on the floor. She thinks she knows what's best for you, because you're too stupid to understand that secrets are apparently the devil.
Justin King
>no sapphire / ruby alcoholic suicide pact >steven is not constantly yelling he's a lesbian >Amethyst not being slammed back first on a highway into a random cars windshield trying to stop greg from kidnapping Connie because of her unsolved issues with her father robot at the kindergarden
truly we are in the worst possible timeline
Carter Scott
The difference is that Willis' lesbian love is a horrifically abusive relationship held together by self-destruction and a suicide pact while Sugar's lesbian love is an eight foot tall war machine that is also best mom.
Benjamin Harris
To be fair except for the Greg kidnapping Connie part that last one wouldn't be entirely out of place in an SU episode.
Daniel Williams
She 100% IS a hack. Fucking kek
Eli Gonzalez
>Garnet and Pearl have redesigns to just be shortstacks like Amethyst
Ryan Garcia
>thread ended up turning into a discussion about depression Can't say I was really ready to think deep about that span of time.
Half-apology aside, Willis is a cockhula for trying to compare Bleeds' experience with his exaggerated characters. And neglecting to eat/drink/move for a day and a half is not that harmful compared to other shit depressed folks can get up to, from experience
Brayden Ward
(Me) Oops, I meant "couldn't have been done discreetly." The replies seemed to understand at least.
Nolan Butler
>Hating lesbians Once again, what happened to you Sup Forums? You used to be cool.
William Evans
>He immediately broke down and begged for forgiveness from Willis and we all felt really bad.
you gotta share more than that
So she outed the RA as having a relationship with a student? Nice. tho if it turns out RA really is that bad it might be one of those things with a silver lining
Connor Miller
She outed the RA as having a relationship with a student under her charge (which might not actually be a big deal at real life IU), she outed two women in a lesbian relationship, and she outed the fact that one of them is suicidal and depressed. Third one is kind of a wash considering it'd be the morally correct thing to do in the situation, but Ruth would still more than likely have issues remaining at college because of it and it's implied that her family is abusive so she's still kinda screwed because of it.
Adam Hill
Wait, is Ruth's adoptive family abusive? I just remembered her birth parents are dead.
Caleb Martinez
But the fact of the matter is that Carla did not need to take care of this matter publicly. She has no reason to out anyone else's secrets, and it's not her business to decide whose secrets are worth keeping.
Brandon Bailey
I think this is another one of those cases where the ambiguous public status of Carla's transsexuality really fucks with a story. By all accounts she's not out as trans and actively tries to keep it that way.
Jacob King
He needs coming out and being LBGT to be a huge dramatic thing in order for his universe to function, nevermind that half the cast is some flavor already.
Things must be done in the most drama-bomb ways possible, this is how these stories work.
Joshua Evans
Except Carla is trans which means she can do no wrong. Her complete inability to consider the feelings of others is a charming quirk!
Dominic Moore
One of the Patreons, It Can Bleed, rose objections about how quickly Ruth went into a alcohol withdrawn depression and stupor and another questions ICB on knowing how depression works.
This escalated into ICB dropping his life story and battles with depression, and Willis stepped in detailing how his fictional characters' depression is just as valid as those of real people.
It basically boiled down to a lot of rage and then grovelling from Bleed, realizing that the internet senpai is the only senpai he has.
Grayson King
Ruth shouldn't be in charge of conflict resolution if she is this emotionally unstable
Samuel Ward
Has Mary's backstory ever been discussed? From what I've seen in these threads I keep imagining her having some religious lower middle class background with borderline abusive parents.
Alexander Scott
Nope. Mary has mostly just been a minor character until now. I'd wager Mary was raised in a conservative, Christian household that was less restrictive than Joyce's upbringing, considering Mary's weeb artstyle. Mary comes off as far more worldly and cynically fundamentalist than Joyce.
Jayden Cox
At least the coloring nice
Easton Sullivan
It's best not to elaborate on it. Wouldn't want to risk her being sympathetic.
Zachary Butler
I hope someone outs her as part of her "expose all your secrets" gambit. Then we can let her spew out a hypocritical rant about how some secrets are best left alone.
Parker Clark
Yeah, I mean, fuck that right. We're all very compassionate progressivists but those conservatives aren't even people so why bother understanding them?
Logan Gutierrez
>she outed the fact that one of them is suicidal and depressed. >is kind of a wash considering it'd be the morally correct thing to do in the situation, You "out" someone like that to a councilor or medical professional, not a dorm floor full of gawkers.
Liam Martinez
>I'm gonna out everyone and everything if it pleases me >But mentioning my dick is off limits.
Isaac King
Don't forget, this whole thing with Billie and Ruth breaking up started on a Friday, so Ruth hasn't even missed classes yet.
>Even Mary knows that is a shitty thing to do.
Adrian Jenkins
>Ruth is such a shitty RA she hasn't even read the handbook
Remind me why did she take the job in the first place?
Cameron Harris
> Carla's dick Woooooow check your privilege cis scum. She's so much woman she even has extra parts!
Blake Bennett
Because she wanted power over other people.
Christian Cooper
>Even Mary knows that is a shitty thing to do You realize it's probably written as Mary being worried she's losing her ability to blackmail the RA to do what she wants, right? Not that anything ever much came of that to begin with.
Asher Wilson
>Ruth gets replaced by someone competent/not psychotic
Sounds like a win for Mary to me
Luis King
But Mary apparently never took any videos or photos of Billie and Ruth hooking up, so she lost all leverage when they got Billie and the booze bottles out of Ruth's room.
Samuel Perry
Oh, I'm not saying the story makes much sense. We all know it doesn't. But it was clear to me what Willis was going for in that bit, even if he's again failed at actually writing it that way.
Luis Thomas
In a day or two, Mary will be down on her knees and yelling "NOOOOO!" at the sky, having been "thwarted" yet again.
Hudson Anderson
Monthly stipend to pay for her booze.
Anthony Robinson
...
Ryan Turner
>enables a codependent relationship >"solving problems"
Ryder Gonzalez
Is this an edit or did Willis start taking meds or something?
Zachary Johnson
Edit. The original is Mary accusing Ruth of pretending to be gay because of reasons.
Michael Jackson
>Mary being right It's an edit
Blake Long
underrated post
Isaac Hughes
I thought this was the whole point; Ruth and Billie have worked themselves up over this imagined infraction and Mary has used that leverage in her favor. She'll ultimately be removed from her position not for the relationship but that she's a suicidal alcoholic who can't keep her shit together and needs help.It is CURRENT YEAR, after all. Then again I am most certainly giving Willis too much credit. On that note >Mary isn't gloating or cartoonishly pleased at the reveal, just mildly annoyed that her leverage is gone It's the little things
Hunter Howard
Reminder that this is only happening so Becky can get the bed in the dorms again even though she is not a student yet.
Jaxon Russell
Is Ruth's brain possibly so pickled by drink that she doesn't remember that there are no rules against fucking someone living on her floor? That would just be stupid beyond belief.
Gavin Barnes
Jesus, is that what those two pages of heavy-handed foreshadowing were really leading to? I thought they would just have to think of where to put Billie while That Becky was mildly inconvenienced.
The canon excuse is that the other applicants were Even Worse. A one-off joke at the time, but looking back would require some weapons grade stupidity and incompetency when considering all the stuff Ruth has done.
James Jones
Considering her folks are tech gurus and apparently are big on the cell phone scene in this universe, she can probably do some sweet data mining on everyone on campus and dig up stuff on Mary or something.
Daniel Bennett
Mary once recited a bible passage, but swapped the verse and chapter numbers when she cited it.
Hudson Adams
The first time Mary 'drew' Ronald Reagan in an anime style, it was actually an altered trace of Sasuke from Naruto. She kept up the charade for 3 days and then prayed hard for forgiveness for the rest of the month.
Cameron Barnes
Mary only watches dubs, but pretends she prefers subs because she's too embarrassed to admit it.
Carter Ortiz
Mary draws a webcomic that releases on weekdays. The main characters are a self-insert, a wacky robot, and the perfect love interest: a resurrected, de-aged Ronald Reagan.
Aiden Brooks
Mary's upbringing is weird where her parents are okay with weeb drawings but not bare feet. Unless Mary's parents are super liberal and she is rebelling against them by being a Ronnie Reagan loving evangelical the same way Willis is rebelling his religious parents by being a faggot on Tumblr (which might actually be pretty funny)
Brayden King
>now everyone will know, Carla >Mary knew and was keeping it secret for their sake That's weirdly human for Mary.
Eli Miller
I think it's also partly Mary wanting to keep the secrets, because she prefers to deal with her issues on a personal basis, not by yelling secrets out loud to everyone who can hear them.
It's classless. And Mary would rather rise above such behavior.
Gavin Turner
Mary's most recent searches on Google are: "How to buy ammunition online" "What makes fertilizer explosive" and "List on Planned Parenthood locations in my area"
Austin Cooper
well, look at it like this:
if mary knows and nobody else does, that gives her leverage.
she can use that leverage to blackmail ruth.
without that leverage, she has nothing.
Robert Hill
Mary is pure and obviously knows that snitches need stitches.
Matthew Brown
Well, there's still the 'assaulting people and destroying their property' thing.
Xavier Wood
>assaulting people and destroying their property now that the secret's out, I doubt billie would say anything about that to anyone, so it would be an unfounded claim, even if it were true.
Jaxon Morris
This is supposed to be the logic, but so far, her attempts to blackmail Ruth haven't borne fruit. Unless she's satisfied that Ruth stopped drinking and living with Billie, which would be a weird reveal to do now instead of at the time. If the leverage does nothing for her, why be concerned over losing it?
>even if it were true. It is true.
Camden Ross
>it is true I know that, you know that, and mary knows that, but the faculty does not.
Jacob Hall
is this comic really about a garbage person being held up as being good? it's like when someone is really mean, petty and insulting to people then says they're just being "real".
Joseph Rivera
>i'll tell everyone's secrets >but no one can say i'm a man.
