Ancap hate threads. Theyre funny but ive never seen an actual ancap or anarchist of any type on this board. Anarchists check in

I personally think the ancap meme threads are shills just filling the board with junk

They're hilarious though, so you know for a fact some of us are actually producing it.

You're probably right, not that I care. I'm an ancap for real. But I don't think of anarchy in the same way as most people. I view it as an expression of freedom that happens in between enforcement of the laws. Rather than the absence of any laws.

The anti ancap memes lately have been choice. There is literally no way not to laugh at all the heroin and child sex slave memes.

>people who are unironic anarchists
lol gb2 r/noamchomsky

If there is anything that smacks of shilling it's yelling "Shill" in a thread that's not anti-trump or pro-clinton. It lowers the impact of the word.

The Industrial Revolution was a mistake.
So was agriculture, but - baby steps.

what about the roads though

ancaptards don't get it

it's not about there being an economic incentive for building a road or not, of which there are plenty

the problem of ancap roads is the contractual hell that emerges from something that cuts through the property of thousands of individuals, the pains of negotiating and enforcing the rights and obligations of the entire operation for every single individual

the contractual costs would render the operation economically unnatractive, in today's economy it's already hard to operate ~5 company consortiums contracts with the government footing a lot of the bill, in ancap-land roads are undoable aside from minuscule stretches

the only reason we moved past medieval times into the age of discovery and then industrialization is because of the birth of the nation state

Anarcho-X memes are hilarious.

I agree canadabro

>r/noamchomsky
wouldn't it be wsr/noamchomsky? Do people actually request chomsky porn?

>they don't have Reddit in Uruguay
Tell me more of this earthly paradise.

kek, I was just pretending

Roads as an argument is pretty inane. If you wanted to be sure more than one person footed the bill you would make sure it meets the funding and land use prior to being built. That way nobody gets a free ride or puts in more or less than someone else.

On the subject of roads.

Humanity is progressive. What if ancap was destined to take over an area with the infrastructure already in place to support it?

Your turn.

Adding to this. It's not contractual hell. If I want two companies to pay for a road between both their plants I get both to foot the bill equally. Self interest wise a company won't want to fund it especially if the other/competitor does not. Contractually both companies have to put in equal shares of resources so it works out and both benefit.

It's more efficient in the long run because there is significant differences in corruption and wasteful spending. Roads going nowhere etc.

What would be more interesting is how the roads would change. They would likely be better maintained perhaps more aesthetically pleasing and efficient in many cases. Framework of roads would likely change too as the economy changes.

>What if Communism were destined to take over an area already populated by people willing to work 40 hours a week for free without having to be held at gunpoint?

Is there any argument against sex slaves except muh feels?

these are funnier when they're more absurd libertarian parodies and not actual ancap parodies

>with the government footing a lot of the bill
Where does the government get its money?
