Personally I think obese people should not be allowed to use public health services, and should not be accommodated with things like extra large doors. Obesity is a choice, like smoking and taking drugs, not something you are born with, therefore we should not accept it.

Change starts with you in your community. People need to start attacking fat people in the streets stripping them naked and branding their foreheads with a hot iron.

So I was driving with some folks I know. 1 was a morbidly obese girl, the other, her also-obese on-welfare-for-autism open-relationship SJW partner.
The girl was talking about how she went to see a doctor about her depression, and he brought up that it might have something to do with her obesity, and that she might see some positive changes if she starts losing weight.
Apparently she cried and went to see a seperate female doctor, who reassured her that her depression had nothing to do with obesity, and went on to yell at the male doctor for suggesting such a thing.
Her partner sat there agreeing that it was the right thing to do, and that the male doctor was an asshole.
I never went driving with them after that. mostly because of the smell though.
That's just... sad.
What if obese people were charged a "fat tax" from their healthcare providers, food servers, and other services that need to allocate extra resources to provide for their extra girth?

Obesity is not a genetic disease. One does not simply "catch fat" or "develop obesity" except through their own voluntary actions. That is why the obese should pay more.
All men over 25%bf and all women over 30% bf will be required to lose fat until they're in the average range. They have one year to lose the weight. Free gym memberships, diet and exercise courses will be given. Those on food stamps can only buy unprocessed and healthy food with them. Those with medical conditions or pregnancy will be exempt and reevaluated at a later time.
If the weight is not lost in 1 year, they will be sent to a concentration camp where they do manual labor until they lose the weight.
If they still don't lose the weight they will be turned into dog food. The morbidly obese will be euthanized immediately.
