Cavill is meh. He's okay when he has to act cool and shit, but he's pretty shaky when it comes to showing emotional range.
I know it's mostly the script, but his acting alone should make me feel something for Superman, when he's down. But he never got there.

Hemsworth's Thor is okay, by himself, but the films around him are pretty meh. They're not awful, irredeemable messes like, I dunno, the recent Independence Day film, or BvS, but they are mostly unremarkable and only worth watching if you literally have time to waste and few other options. Mostly due to the godawful focus on Natalie fucking Portman.

Nah. And The Thor movies are straight up catwoman tier. The only reason they did well was because there has never been a Marvel Thor movie, and it came out right when the hype was at it's highest. I should say I'm going purely based off only the first one as I've never seen Dark World and never will.

He was good in Man from Uncle and I actually though he was good in the final scene in MOS where he tells the general to back off. That's the only time he reminded me of Superman.

They're not remarkable films, but they are not as bad as that tripe. They're just bland and sort of boring for most of their runtime (basically everything on Earth or where Portman is the focus). Catwoman is painful to watch.
