That isn't confirmed, though they've said its original Venom, not military agent or space knight. It could and probably is Brock. If it was anyone shocking they would've told us.

This is the best possible thing that could happen, aside from having Agent Venom still going.

I won't lie I'd enjoy a hellpowered Mani running around with the full Venom suit.

The ideal is that Venom goes to someone else (say, Mania), Brock becomes Anti-Venom again, and Flash gets Toxin.
