Hello fellow Estonians. Me and my gf want to buy a house in Estonia, possibly the citizenship. Both are Swedish. The questions are - are shitskins noticeable in Tallinn? My gf spend a year in Russia so she knows the language a little bit, according to the stat most of you understand it, so would you recommend to use Russian or English on daily basis in Tallinn?
