Es como un bizcochuelo de vainilla? O como esos bolo milho de brasil?

...

...

>bizcochuelo de vainilla
eso es dulce
la sopa paraguaya es salada
...ahora que pienso la cocina paraguaya no es muy buena en dulces, eso es más para la cocina argentina

I'm supposed to hate that cheese as I'm not American, but I'd actually fucking love to give that a munch.

ARE YOU FAGS EVEN TRYING?

this looks pretty good for hot summer days

>NOT USING PROVOLONE FOR A PHILLY

How the fuck do you even eat those super burgers?

With all the juices and shit flowing all over your hands and clothes. I think you're supposed to look like a glutton eating one.

I WASNT POSTING A PICTURE OF A PROPER PHILLY, I WAS JUST CORRECTING THE RECORD.

EITHER CUT IT IN HALF, OR PUSH IT DOWN A LITTLE AND TAKE A BITE.

my ancestors

I am now hungry

...

Nice trips but regardless, all Europeans and Latin American peoples have some form of pastie, you can't claim this shit you baiting dumb fuck autist. Same with sopes, all places with Mesoamerican influence aka most of Central America have them too, not sure what's the specific case in Brazil (those are sold by an Arab themed food chain) but those things made their way to South America literal centuries ago.

thanks for making me hungry

that's just a steak

Thanks mang. Might have to make this this week(end).

die from a heart attack already

Feels pretty good that Portugal has perfected the culinary arts.

I recently made a Caribbean style Macaroni Pie. It's bloody amazing, way better than Macaroni Cheese.

>he doesn't stew his beef in a beer brewed in the local abbey
Stoofvlees is amazing comfort food.

cool one, baccalà is nice

Thank you, only other country in the world that knows how to drink coffee.

Empanadas exist everywhere

>they never tried mate & facturas

sure make a video like this totally not white texan:
youtube.com/watch?v=pK-zQpIKcX4

hey! your places that sell waffles by the ton, what makes them so good? what else do they offer?

que hambre la puta madre

Oi, farturas and churros are Portuguese food.

Stick to your own country's food, mate.

>implying food from other flags is the bastion of health.

>dough wrapped food... literally pastry + filling exist everywhere and that's a empanada, not other food but a empanada.

>francesinha
wot

>farturas

According to google pic related is a """fartura""" and has anything to do with facturas.

es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facturas

Plus churros are not from Portugal, they're from China.... In fact poortugal doesn't have anything but seafood and bacalhau.

Empanadas de maíz > empanadas de trigo.

they're all good 2bh
the secret is in the filling

its not sope, its esfiha and is an arab dish(lebanese), but thats so popular in brazil that you can say thats now a brazilian dish

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sfiha

Sopa de bacalhau
Uma delicia

ON NOM NOM

baccalà mantecato uma delicia

>facturas
eso que son, los pasteles? o los churros?

>what makes them so good
The waffles that people buy all the time are the Liège waffles. Street vendors sell them, mostly during winter. These sort of places usually sell ice cream as well during warmer months.
The Liège waffle is different from the Brussels waffle. The Brussels waffle is the one that will immediately come to mind when people think of a waffle. They're fairly light, fluffy, rectangular shape. The Liège waffle on the other hand has a rough irregular shape, is much heartier and has fat/sugar literally dripping off of it.

>whats this? looks tasty

It's francesinha,typicall from Portugal (Porto).

:)

The preferable alternative to pizza.

ah! very nice! thank you for the considerate and informative post! as a man who loves waffles I thank you again

Why cutting the meat before throwing it into beer sauce?

it's a bit sad how lacking in spiced tomato sauce and cheese it is

yes i know its francesinha, i read the filename
i meant to ask what the ingredients were or what it taste like

Me explico?

Thank you man, much appreciated that you explained, those look pretty good

pork, chouriço, sausage, ham cheese and egg. Pretty basic meat sandwich.

The spicy beer-sauce is what makes it good, but it's been memed a ton. It's simple comfort food, and perfect for a hangover or a cold day.

Basically the Brussels waffle is something you would order in a diner or tearoom, either as dessert or as a snack around 3 in the afternoon or so. A Brussels waffle is often served with elaborate sauces or strawberries, it's more of a 'meal' that you sit down and eat with a knife and fork.
The Liège waffle is something you buy from a street vendor, much like how someone would get a hot dog or even just a bagel. Usually it comes with a plastic-ey paper to hold it (because it's so greasy) and you just eat it while walking.

pic related is a Brussels waffle you would get in a "restaurant" (diner or tearoom mostly, a real decent restaurant wouldn't serve waffles); note the much lighter color

Uma

Sfijas here look like pic related, i dont like it... The meat has too much lemon, or idk what the fuck they use

...

Nunca comi un fatay que estuviera abierto en el medio.

La concha de tu madre, que ganas de comer facturas ahora

Best noodles in the world coming through. (just don't call them noodles if there are Swabians around)

You really don't need these with sour cream as basis.

horrifying

umurena delicia

as much as I dislike jelly, that stuff was great, especially with the vinegar they put on top
10/10 would eat again

...

Sooo yummy!

we have the ones that are opened like pizza but we also have the closed version

Yeah that's the stuff
