>"I'm sorry, sir, but a fully functioning gas chamber is going to take some time."
Wtf Raimi
next time baby
you now remember this film being a passion project for Jon Favreau. Glad it was released before Disney put a fat jew in charge as 'creative producer'
>GET ME IRON MAN
WTF did Raimi mean by this!?
I'm sorry but... I'm not a manlet!
>Waaah I want to be paid just as much as the main character
and he was never seen again
this still bothers me
Can we talk about Pepper Potts (as a character)?
Disney hadn't even owned Marvel by this point. Disney's first Marvel production was The Avengers.

Well we certainly cant talk about asses so might as well.
Look, the dude really needed to just take time off to perfect Terryology.
It's probably going to change the way we conceive reality so I figure it was the right thing to do.
Remember, 1 x 1 = 2
Why did she want her extremis powers gone?
The ability to melt off someone's dick seems pretty hot desu
damn it, she's really flat
>just melted whole armie of robots
>her underwear still on
This wasn't a passion project. It's just as bland and generic as every other MCU film, and in a way it set the tone for the future releases.
Iron Man was the first MARVEL film that was part of Feige's Marvel Cinematic Universe. Feige and other producers were already working on the shared universe, and Marvel's Phase One, as early as Iron Man (2008). The fact that Favreau was hired to direct the first Marvel Studios film is irrelevant. They chose Favreau because he could be pushed around easily by the studio heads (all of Favreau's previously films had been studio pictures).
Also, Favreau, while competent as a director, lacks artistic vision making him the perfect guy to direct a MCU film. It's no coincidence that Marvel Studios hires such directors to direct their MCU films.
Disney buying Marvel Studios didn't change a thing since all the higher ups (producers/executive producers) of Marvel Studios remained the same.
If you want to see what a Marvel film with creativity and vision behind it looks like take a look at Raimi's Spider-Man, Ang Lee's Hulk or Singer's X-Men. Pretty much anything that isn't part of the MCU.

except for the russo brothers, right?

This bothers me every time. I get that she didn't want to show her titties but couldn't they have shot it a different way? Her undies aren't even singed.
You now remember Marvel shamelessly Ctrl+Cing Obediah Stane in Ant Man
That's Peter Billingsley from Christmas Story on the left. You can tell they shaved the top of his head.
