Hey officers, did you know that this place was built by black slaves?!

>Hey officers, did you know that this place was built by black slaves?!

was this realy necessary?

If you paid money for seeing this, consider suicide and removing your plebeian genes from the history of humanity.

Get some taste kiddo.

my girlfriend paid though

how would Raimi have handled this scene

there's a pretty easy king kong / "blacks are apes" joke in there

>watching capeshit
Enjoy being brainwashed by your jewish overlords.

>his theatre still allows falcons
i bet they still sit down to watch the film in that shit hole, as well.

This is Marvelkino, not anti-West DCikery

Do American blacks imagine that places they """built""" have anything to do with theor achievements?

>Passerby: Hey, aren't you that Spider guy? What are you doing?
>Spidey: Well, I guess I'm... Coming home.

Well, gee, I had already read the movi title, thanks
Why do they keep doing this?

american blacks imagine a lot of things

>*Spiderman saves a black guy from a falling object*
>'Hey yo, Spidey, you shouldn't have risked yourself for me brotha'
>'No friend, I did it because your live matters'

how's this even allowed?

>I can't always be Spider-Man! Homecoming dance is just next week!

>they didn't finish monument until long after slavery ended

now if Raimi did it

>'Hey yo, Spidey, you shouldn't have risked yourself for me brotha'
>'I just didn't want to damage someone else's property, you house slave'

>use slaves to build a giant phallic looking monument to compensate for your small white dick
can't make this shit up

>t-thanks spidey but all lives matter
>*spiderman takes off the mask* No my king, only black lives matter.

that really surprised me

I was hoping for a more subtle Skittles reference desu. That whole scene felt a bit forced.

please tell me that the skittles has nothing to do with trayvon martin

there is no evidence that slaves built it anyway and as the construction required highly skilled and precise labor, chances are that they did not and it's really disingenuous of the movie to flat out state otherwise without being challenged.

After all, we're not talking about picking cotton here.

This guy knows what's up

construction started before abolition but regardless as stated, that's just not the type of work you get slaves to do

Why does Disney hate white men and western culture so much?

Probably just blatant product advertising.

hmmm, because white people has ruined everything they touched for the couple of centuries?

read some history sweetie

>be a minority on the planet and yet somehow kill more people than all other races combined
>why do they persecute us?!

I know I'm just surprised there are people that don't know the monument was built in two parts. They didn't start the second part (70% of the structure) until 20 years after slavery ended so just by common sense slaves could not have built it.

Of course it did. Rewatch it.

It's a different time

Trump's treasury secretary produced BvS and WW though

Literraly too much reddit in this thread.

>hey user, did you know that I started posting on the_donald six months ago and I've made the big jump recently

well yes I know, but was this thread really necessary?

>was this realy necessary

Doubly bizarre since it's not even true.

>casting a Clinton lookalike as the president
How embarrassing

you're going to be taught about how your ancestors did evil things until not a single white man will be left on the planet

which might happen sooner than you think

Slave labour was undoubtedly used in the mines that produced some of the stone and metal in its construction.

A lot of the money that funded said construction came from southern slave-owning businesses and industries.

The same could be said for probably most of buildings erected in the US at the time. No idea why it gets all the focus for this 'built by slavery' line when you can point at virtually any historical US building and say the same - let's just presume it's because the monument is large and visible [pic related].

The use of this in the movie is just pure virtue signalling, intended to make it look like the producers are 'woke'. Pandering to the loud and shrill minority activist groups.

>so spider-man...
>DID YOU JUST ASSUME MY GENDER?
