Can't speak for that user, but Glorious wacom ones are pretty light and feel like actual pens, so they tend to get lost like you would lose an actual pen.
Huion or any other ones, however, always have that battery reminding you that they mean electronic business.

Not them, but they tend to be the size of a normal pen, even a bit thicker. The issue comes with how they're colored. Certain tablets have completely black tablet pens. They get really easy to lose in dim lighting or tucked in the corner of your mouse or in dark fabrics.
