ITT: Shows that will never be revived in any way because they're not popular enough

...

Stop saying hurtful truths

...

...

I can see why people might think it's just an Archer knock-off, but it wasn't actually bad.

Yeah but the allegations of it being an Archer knock off were completely superficial.

hold me, bros

...

...

didn't Pizzaz get blackmailed to fuck the mayor or something

maybe it should stay dead if that's the case idk

I loved this show.
Comedy Central doesn't know how to handle cartoon shows other than south park. Why hype up the return of futurama and then cancel it again?

wow wait now
what is this?

at least this show got 3 seasons

Comedy Central can only handle one successful cartoon at a time.

sym bionic titan

Show was hit or miss but when it hit, it hit hard

Samurai Jack Meets MegasXLR
Symbiotic Titan R.I.P

moonbeam city was fucking terrible
I got ramped up by the awesome intro, music, and art. But the writing is fucking awful.

...

its genndy tartakovsky doing a monster of the week kaiju story that was pretty damn good

Did a third season get greenlit?

so sad. so sad.

>Black Dynamite - cancelled
>Motorcity - cancelled
>9th Grade Ninja - cancelled
>Moonbeam City - cancelled
can Titmouse catch a fucking break?

It hurts.

how about they make a good cartoon then?

Motorcity was good, fuck you.

also forgot metalocalypse that's another cancelled show

9th grade ninja sucked, but otherwise you have a point.

I still haven't gotten over it

This

it was alright
Disney XD never ran reruns though so its a wonder it even lasted as long as it did

Metalocalypse had 4 seasons and a movie. Shows don't have to go on forever.

The first season was up there with the first 3 seasons of the Boondocks as some of the best animated television for adults, ever. Everything after flanderized the characters too much, but that first season was ridiculously well-written.

did it get a proper ending?

I don't want to invest in sadness

I liked this show.

whaddaya mean, "it alright"?

it needs an ending

Sup Forums only likes it because waifus.

it alright
it not subtle or nuanced
it tasteless and lukewarm
but it alright
it reminds me of me beer which i like more
but same beer more or less

Are you implying the waifus weren't good?

It's too bad. We could have saved it.

it was really good, now we got something similar to boring Seinfeld

...

No

i really wished Adult Swim picked it up

I don't understand why this got greenlit as a comedy. Make it an action/drama with tangential comedy a la Cowboy Bebop.

;_;

after the whole "spy" thing, the show went to shit

;__;

...

...

Good, fuck that show

And for good reason

Yeah, new season of southpark was airing right after it.

This show had the unfortunate privilege of being on FXX (which is owned by FOX. btw the only thing keeping fxx alive is always sunny and Simpsons reruns ad infinitum) along with a couple other entertaining cartoons in their short lived "ADHD" block. Stone Quackers was by far the best one on the block. This show was made Ben Jones who also made Problem Solverz for CN. I think he showed some real potential here and really grew as a writer/director since Problem Solverz.

ADHD had a lot of good shows actually, most anthology cartoon series are crap like Triptank but not a bad show on that block

...

Too pure for this world

I hope Adult Swim picks it up at least

Got room for an old earth defense protocol robot?

I don't understand why these types of shows center around the generic whitebread dudebro. The fat friend looks interesting. The hipster chick looks interesting. Even the nerd looks like you could write something original about his life. Instead, everything centers around the smug, "normal" guy.

It's appropriate that this show was about a rock band, since rock has become the most banal of the popular music genres, so mediocre that the only way it could beat the complex instrumentation and productions of disco was by inciting a riot that cowed DJs across the country.

Even Korra is better than this shit spectacle. At least it tried.

Am I... Dying?

Because it's easier to relate/self-insert with a generic protagonist, and making your show more interesting doesn't trump making it successful.

this was the show so many on Sup Forums say they wish would be made and don't understand why there aren't shows like it

and it fucking bombed

it hurts

Why did it bomb?

then the answer is simple; we kill all the nondescript whitemen

No it was the opposite. South Park was airing right before it. If Moonbeam City aired after South Park it may have had a better chance.

What show is that?

Like for syndication?

Oh, right, schools are having summer vacation right now.

fuck you for reminding me

Stop being a fucking douche.

Looks like I was on the mark.

>someone doesn't know a show I know
>must be a summerfag
How does it feel like to be a faggot?

>Shortlived
I still don't know if it's cancelled or not.
It's their own fucking fault though, they refused to add any new content to the block except once in a fucking blue moon. There was no way to tell when any new content would air or even tell what was airing that night since it was all just under the same fucking block name.
There'd be whole months where the only thing new was those shitty painfully millennial intercommercial shorts would air. And the shows had so little content you'd occasionally air the same episode twice in a row.

I saw this posted in a thread here, it's on the last video that the Youtube channel posted. Heather Campbell sung in the Scientifically Accurate vidoes and voice acted on some other things.

Oh, I absolutely hated that shit.
Except the Sonic one.

Yeah I think its furthest I've ever seen anything go in basically making a joke about a woman getting raped, or at least a woman MC. I admired its balls.

Mission Hill

Thank you. The other user was being an asshole.

Say it ain't so!
>On March 30, 2016, the series was cancelled after one season.[3]
FUCK! But it was so funny and beautiful, it had so much potential!

No, for keeps

...

I could never get enough of how oldschool anime he looks. Its like he stepped right out of a 70's anime

PAINFUL

Fuuuuck. I really liked Moonbeam City. It was pretty funny and I loved the art style.

it showcased other stuff about DC and not just superheroes

Same beer!?

>Moonbeam City
>then The Grinder
I feel so bad for Rob Lowe. Two great shows cancelled almost at the same time.

I remember Batman Beyond being fairly popular...

They could at least revive the character. It was good enough to get a spinoff after all.

Literally the lowest point of the DCAU. Even Static was better.

Did anybody even like this show? It was like Undergrads for idiots.

same beer
same... show?

No. I'd argue that Samurai Jack had more of a proper ending than SBT (and at least Jack IS getting a proper ending)

WHY THE FUCK CAN'T WE GET SOUND?? Fucking /gif/ with it's goddamned porn and gore vids has sound.

This. Forever this. Phil and Chris have the money, they should leverage it.

If we get sound, you just know some jackasses would put out a bunch of screamers.

I only watched a few episodes of Moonbeam City. It looked gorgeous but I just didn't find it that funny. It reminded me too much of Archer which I became sick of years ago.
