So the Democrats are jumping on the national polling showing that his approval ratings are at 36% and scouting out Republican ridings that are most likely to flip. After conducting private polling in those locations, they discover that Trump's approval has INCREASED - in the ridings most likely to go blue. I don't remember the source, it was WSJ, NYT, or WP.
