So far pic related has been one of the best robins ever, and he can't act for shit, but was a pretty good voice actor (i was actually pretty surprised, i was mad as hell when he was cast as Jason).

Sometimes shitty actors can be really good voiceactors, the supernatural guy should had dedicated himself to dubs and shit.

I was sort of worried when I heard Cera would be Robin but I'm happily surprised he's not doing his usual monotone and is actually putting some damn emotion for once, he legit sounds pretty good.
