Why do non-English speakers pronounce shit all retarded?
Almost everyone I know can do accents of other countries,
why can't foreigners do an American accent?

I can speak the basics of several languages and while they can tell I'm an American based on a slight accent, I pronounce the words properly, not replacing entire letters like a dumb ass.

In general, Euro languages are uttered with taught cheeks, lips and tongues. American English especially is pronounced with a lazy mouth. It's easier for you to tighten up your vocal apparatus than it is for us to loosen it.

Because most people learn english from people who aren't native speakers, so you get a slovak teacher who spent a couple of months/years in england and before that studied english in a slovak university.
You pick up accents the fastest when you're learning the language.
