The DCAU is great for giving us Hamill as Joker and Conroy and Batman. Harley is actually good in the DCAU and voiced perfectly. Really like Batman Beyond, the movie especially. Justice League is quality, and BTAS and Superman are great too. Static Shock and Zeta Project can fuck off.

There are hundreds of Green Lanterns. If you mean humans, there's been at least 3. Kyle, John, and Guy.
Kyle appeared in STAS, but apparently got swept out of the spotlight to be trained while John came in to fill the role for Justice League.

Static Shock ended well, but Static was never shown being inducted into the League onscreen, which would have been cool.
