When I saw the promos, I didn't want Bismuth to stick around, I hate her design, and knew she'd be revealed to be an antagonist of some sort. However:
I unexpectedly ended up loving her, and I'm deeply saddened the resident communist gem got shelved like that for a liberal "don't fight hate with hate, murdering oppressors is wrong uwu" moral even if that's what every kid's show teaches. Give her back.
Uzo Aduba did a fantastic job, as well. I think she's gave easily one of the best performances of SU in a single episode.

So what's their plan with Bismuth? Like I feel as if they could at least try talking to her as a group, since she respects Pearl and Garnet, and Peridot can help point out the flaws in Bismuth's ideology, and also because she can't beat all of them at once.
