Amerimutt geographication
What's wrong with that?
>his "country" is a peninsula
...
this wasn't drawn by an American
Every American knows W*st Virginia is not SOUTHERN
Realistically it’s more like we got the west coast, the Rockies, the Great Plains, the southwest, the Midwest, the south and Deep South, Appalachia, the north and New England, I think that’s it any user feel free to add to this
How I personally do it.
I wouldn't necessarily put Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming as Northwest.I think they are doing their own thing as "Rocky Mountain" states. Not sure what to do about Colorado though since the western half is Southwest, the middle is Rocky Mountains and the east starts becoming Breadbasket/Midwest.
random straight lines
>some South states actually are east states
>some West states are South as well
>some Midwest states aren't even midewest
fucking awful, who came up with this retarded divison?
Texas isn't southwest
Modern geographication terminology is based on regional cultures.
But many states have regional cultures that change depending on what area of the state you are in.
My state for example.
But South vs. North is usually just determined by the civil war.
Someone who isn't American.
where's the east ?
I think OP is the census divisions.
>Midwest states aren't even midewest
All the population was near the beginning based on the east coast so the land called the midwest was west of them, but not far west it was more in the middle, so it became the Midwest, you have to take historic context for the names.
Since the east was settled first in the early times it was the default part of the country not an eastern part

Yeah, they had the dignity to not betray their nation.
