Maybe
They'll do it just to be different and ahead of the curve. That segment wasn't all that funny but pointing out the ridiculousness of these protests was nice. A little self awareness is good.

>People still misquote his bit talking about mexican rapists
Why even have the internet for readily available information if no one is going to use it

You're expecting people who think a republican congress and a republican senate are going to impeach and convict a republican president to use facts that don't agree with them?

Half the people there were probably already planning the Mike Pence and Paul Ryan impeachment marches

that was legit pretty funny

It just baffles me that an interview that has been out for over a year is still being misinterpreted. It's only half an hour, you'd think that if you were that invested in the man you'd watch the interviews you quote on a daily basis.

Ideally I would prefer comedians stay out of politics completely, it's rarely a funny subject

>stay out of politics completely, it's rarely a funny subject
It can be funny but only to people who are somewhat informed / interested. Jokes that rely on name dropping are lame though.

doubtful.

So they are uninformed but still "right"? Liberals just can't do comedy. Nice to see the angry black racist overweight lady given a voice though, so progressive.

>the black supremacy bit

top kek

>So they are uninformed but still "right"? Liberals just can't do comedy. Nice to see the angry black racist overweight lady given a voice though, so progressive.

I've got the feeling that you didn't watch the same stuff as I did.

Is this a video of Samantha Bee and her husband forcing diversity on everyone else but throwing a fit when their children's school is getting moved to include more blacks?

Hmm I guess a broken clock is correct twice a day.
I feel like comedians like this bitch or Colbert would be respected a lot more if they poked fun at both sides rather than just the easy ratings Trump stories. It's impossible not to realize the lunacy of some of the anti-Trump people, a lot of them are people who think X people are EVIL and Y people are GOOD and probably couldn't argue for any policy positions they believe in. Of course these people exist in some Trump supporters too but everyone knows that. It really shows an agenda when you ignore these crazy people who could have a voice in the eletorate

>Of course these people exist in some Trump supporters too but everyone knows that.

>some

Aside from that, these comedians sure have their own attitudes, undoubtedly. It's always easier to poke fun at the other side, because it is often easier to spot the logical inconsistencies there. But boy, oh boy, don't tell me that at this very moment the two sides were on equal footing when it comes to retardation. I'm sorry, fellow amerifriend, but you guys really jumped the shark this election.

I'm a leaf you nigger

>thinking the average IQ of democrats is higher than republicans

Top fucking Kek

Only in fucking america would Bee be left wing

>putting words in my mouth

Of course you are a fucking leaf.

he's obviously getting at republicans being the smarter lot, did you even watch the OP vid? look at those absolute simpletons

Pretty incredible that this is a common opinion now. People go around screaming that they want black supremacy because they look like moral people doing it but when someone just asks "do you really want that?" they sort of shrug like they aren't really sure anymore.

Is she right-wing by european standards?

>republicans being the smarter lot

Oh no, one of Bee's other segments from this week's show illustrates just how powerfully stupid Republicans are by highlighting a period last week when an apparently sauced Dana Rohrabacher, Louie Gohmert, and Steve King each held the floor in the House and successively demonstrated their mind-boggling lack of intelligence.

She and Jason Jones save the majority of their criticism of SJWs for The Detour, where they make fun of white BLM supporters and how leftists have a hair trigger for outrage, reading into everything.

oh please, politics is one of the founding pillars of comedy. It's exactly because it's a subject that can rile so many feathers on both sides.

I can understand politics staying out of sports shows, or something to that effect. But political humor will be a thing until the nukes blow everyone to kingdom come.

Hah, yeah. Impeach Drumpf...

NNNOOOOOOOOWWW!!!

Chapo Trap House, while suffering from a lot of the same blindspots as anyone who argues a political ideology, is about as close to full fledged lefty-bashing-by-leftists that you're going to find. Usually comedians who are still funny (i.e. offensive and clever) have an ever so slight lean toward something closer to libertarianism, whether they know it or not. Chapo are full blown socialists.

At the end of the day, anyone who can make fun of everyone is good, everyone else who takes themselves and their ideas too seriously is mostly insufferable.

I'll add that Chapo isn't actually made up of comedians, but they can be pretty funny. Listen to Cum Town for more of an onslaught of jokes with a tiny bit of political ideology (rarely) thrown in.

I hope so. Stuff like this is why Jon Stewart's Daily Show was good.

You pretty obviously implied that people who voted for Trump were more retarded than Hillary voters. Let me rephrase. The average of IQ of people who voted Trump is higher than the average IQ of those who voted Hillary.

Jon Stewart set the bar for left-leaning news and politics comedy shows. Unfortunately, a large chunk of the left started to take themselves too seriously and then compounded the unfunniness by buying into this "you can't offend certain groups" mentality.

I think it's funny t b h. If they remain unbiased maybe more people could find it humorous. If you can't laugh at yourself you have a problem.

not the same poster, but you did see the framing of the young black girl as the correct opinion, and the interviewer agreeing that black women should be i charge of everything?

This segment does show that liberals are learning that they have become the insane ones they accused of conservatives of being, although they claim it is from good intentions.

republicans are the smarter lot if you go by the median

Let's agree that both sides have plenty of retards, trust fund kiddies, snake oil salesman, and braindead dipshits on autopilot, both at the legislative and grassroots levels, propping them up. You can rationalize the findings of whatever statistical report you choose to grip with white knuckles, but in the real world, there are a lot of flawed people making stupid decisions that get swayed to either side for one dumb reason or another.

Why are the protesters so ugly ?

Is this considered normal/average in the usa

Are you for real right now? Chapo is all of those things. Cum Town is the left mocking the left.

attractive people dont feel the need to protest on a weekday afternoon, they will just virtue signal from twitter. ugly people make "protesting" their identity to try and find an in-group to be a part of

A presidential candidate against open borders

Spoiler: It's Bernie Sanders

There are democrats and replublicans that agree on free trade, as they serve their corporate donors' interests. Hillary and Jeb Bush have almost identical views when it came to trade agreements.

Then there are hippie progressives and bible thumpers, that force themselves to vote for a side because the other is worse. Sanders and Trump's were both vehemently against the TPP.

What does this mean?

DC > Marvel

Are you forgetting how Trump was identified as a serial rapist because of a stupid frat boy joke he made eight years ago?

>frat boy joke
>unashamedly blaming another group of men for something your president said
Do I smell some leftist in you?

>they let you
