Our ID is shit btw, it's fucking huge and doesn't fit in regular credit card slots, and its design is meh

>mfw Romanian cards are half written in French

>needing ID cards because drivers licenes cost 5000 euros or some shit

Such is the hard reality in Europe. But at least most people know how to drive correctly.

By the way our driver's licence can also be used as an ID, and pic related is pretty new. 5 years ago they were made with pink paper, always ended up breaking.

cc corinne envoie pieds

those French ones are pretty gross looking

pique

Can't deny it

>being a cager country

ID card of Trotona de Pontevedra.

fucking sucks, most people just use drivers licence

Looks like a pedo on his pic

Here's our governmental control device

It's okay I guess.

Looks pretty good. Does it have a retarde size like the French one?

Are we the only ones with a paper ID rather then some ugly ass plastic card?

Apparently Greece also has this. Plastic card is nice because it's way less fragile

>Does it have a retarde size like the French one
Nah, its ISO7810 ID-1 size ie. the same size as debit/credit cards

ЛШTШФУM Aщьф

I remember i laughed so hard when i first saw one of these irl. At least for official documents learn some minimalism damn.
You have fingerprints on every ID?

...

I think they stopped issuing paper IDs over 20 years ago

don't think I've ever seen anyone use this, probably because it costs more than a passport

with the chip

>ЛШTШФУM Aщьф
jej

also french'd

I imagine they are, but damn they ugly.
Also we have a problem with how big IDs are too, only big ass wallets fit them well.

Why are there bears on your ID

Qt bear(s?). Love it.

Since it's the national animal?

this is AESTHETIC af but I feel your pain with this size issue.

I didn't know this

Along with whooper swan. Why didnt you ask about them?
Why there's no cocks (not benis) in your card

used this shit once in my life

...

What is going on? Do all IDs have that plastic thing to accomodate usb datamining or something?

I didn't notice the swans, and I don't know why we don't have the rooster on our card. It would be pretty badass desu

Interesting, in France IS is the go-to card for all administrative tasks, probably because it's free.

It works a like credit card. It has a pin number. Rarely seen those devices tho

we could be getting this soon apparently

there is a chip, its for taxes and shits like that or you can anncounce that you are unemployed etc. or start a bussiens

>expiry at 70
How does it work afterwards?

it's his death date, retard

very nice.

Military identity cards (or rather booklets) are still paper.
You get one after you finish your medical examination, every male after 18 gets a letter to show up at a Recruitment Center at a given date, you're excused from school/work whatever. You're assigned a score based on your physical/mental health. Basically as long as you're not a cripple or a retard you get an A which means fit for military service.

He probably has to go through the tests again.
I think everyone past 50 should go through this process and after that repeat this again every 5 years. Old people are dangerous as fuck behind the wheel

nacionalism is retarded lol

What has "nacionalism" (?) to do with it?

t. boehmen und mahren

>Military identity cards (or rather booklets) are still paper.
Why?

No idea. Probably because it's easier for the military beaurocracy to make changes to it without requiring a device to read the data

Do you have city cards?

this one is for Prague. Its for liberary, public transport, parking etc

>without requiring a device to read the data
But that makes it more easier. Thats why everything is digital these days. I dont understand why military should be any different

>But that makes it more easier.
How is carrying a fuckhuge battery-powered terminal/reader with an always-on internet connection (because none of the relevant data will fit on that tiny NFC chip with ~500 bytes of user writable storage) easier than opening a tiny book and just reading a piece of paper?

It's very detailed so they can search for us at our homes in romania if we do some dumb shit here and run away

Sounds practical. In general we have multiple cards : one for transportation, one for the library, etc.

making changes to it should invalidate it though since you don't know if it's legit or not; you'd have to make a new copy regardless.

>canadian border agent made an error while printing my work permit
>changed it with a pencil
>told me it was fine
>lady at the office to get my SIN: "we can't accept this, you have to get a new one at the airport"

>our
The legends are true...

what legends? That half the italian flags here are romanians? It's no secret mon amis

>making changes to it should invalidate it though since you don't know if it's legit or not; you'd have to make a new copy regardless.
stamps are a thing. Yeah sure it's easy to fake one but I don't think the only interested party (aka actual soldiers and reservists) are particularly interested in changing the data themselves. They wouldn't achieve a thing.

>drivers licenses can be used as ID
no they can't

Depends on the situation and the country.
In USA pretty much everyone uses driver's license as ID because it's a cager country.
Here without an ID you surely won't get anything done regarding banking/credit/government office.
But driver's license work just fine as an ID when you're buying alcohol or whatever.

>easier than opening a tiny book and just reading a piece of paper?
Since all the necassary info is in the card also?
Papers gets broken, unreadable etc easier than plastic cards.
Why the fuck do poles always get so defensive when questioning about something

yeah and since january you can import these functions to your credit card

so you need just id and credit cart

>Why the fuck do poles always get so defensive when questioning about something
It's not me who pretends that a square piece of plastic is somehow a second coming of Jesus Christ.

>Papers gets broken, unreadable etc easier than plastic cards.
I've had more debit cards broken (in half) than I had paper IDs become unreadable.

>Since all the necassary info is in the card also?
Only the things that are consistent such as your date of birth, social security number, name, surname. The rest has to be pulled down from a centralized data storage.

>I've had more debit cards broken (in half) than I had paper IDs become unreadable.
And how often do you carry paper stuff every day? There's a reason why they've been replaced plastic.
Drop it to snow, water etc. Nothing will happen to plastic, paper well..

until someone fakes it, and walks straight into the armory

>I've had more debit cards broken (in half) than I had paper IDs become unreadable.

that literally only happens if you don't use some kind of wallet, in cold weather

>polish data storage

>And how often do you carry paper stuff every day? There's a reason why they've been replaced plastic.
Yeah, plastic is vastly cheaper to manufacture. And more permanent sure.
I carried paper IDs before they were replaced by plastic and while I agree that plastic ones are more convenient to be stored in a wallet it wasn't a massive breakthrough either.

>Drop it to snow, water etc. Nothing will happen to plastic, paper well..
It's impregnated.

>until someone fakes it, and walks straight into the armory
You have to be a massive retard if you think that faking a tiny military booklet gets you access to anything at all.
Plastic cards can be faked too. NFC chips are not encrypted.

sir, you will find private Wojtek data in 2nd floor, section B

>until someone fakes it, and walks straight into the armory
Didn't something like this happen during the 90s or 80s in Sweden?
A lot of military weapons got stolen by motorcycle gangs

...

KHAN

Do polish people have a driving test before being allowed to drive or do you just need to be 18?

Awful

*Australians screaming in the distance*

yep

it's a key in the puzzle, retard

...

looks more like some student card

There's an emulator for a MERA-400 computer if you want.

We're actually phasing out the paper identity cards, we're getting plastic card now.

Oops, apparently the new version is
Pretty ugly desu

The grill looks like a bit like my ex.
She was a greek

We're not asking for your personal ID, Naveen

my own is till mint perfect

>spurdo is a bear because it's the national animal of Finland
The greatest export of Finland, not just the Finnish race, truly does seem to be autism/memes

Most people over 40 have damaged theirs. I got lucky and was issued the new version, it's pretty neat and has the size of a credit card.

Is it true that this originated from a mongolian csgo team beating the best team in Australia

is this bait

Isn't that the guy from Sim City?

No, it comes from the 2014 Sydney hostage crisis in a Lindt shop. Australians get reminded that they shouldn't try getting chocolate candy.

Ours vary by province. Here's the newest one released in the country.
