2. Nordic and balt cunts have low populations so it doesn't actually connect many relevant places
3. It's pretty small anyway, compared to mediterranean sea that can be used to transport goods from France to Egypt for example, the Baltic sea would mostly be relevant for transport to and from Sweden and Norway, while the other cunts would likely benefit more from just road transport.
