Don't be too butthurt Zenek. Our army may not be significant on global scale, but we do have one of the stronger armies in Europe.
Though it's not as much because we're so good but rather that other western cuck countries constantly lower their military spending and reduce their army size.
We should be somewhere in the top 25, at most the top 30.

Are you kidding me? Shitholes like Spain have not done anything to improve their military since the fucking spanish civil war before WW2. Hell, there are only a few countries that actually make NEW equipment. Mainly the USA, then China, Russia, and a little bit in the UK and Japan. Everybody else buys their "outdated crap" while they shift to newer models.
Fuck North Korea is classified before Spain, but their army is also completely shit equipment. And we should be handily stronger than they are.
In this case, our chances of fighting a fairly modern army are very slim, but tech-wise we are around the same level as most of the world outside of the innovators I mentioned before. Germany buys old and used US junk too. Their airforce is a laughing stock.

What you described is what they could be, not what they are.
Sure if Germany went full into military economy mode churning out tanks by dozens each day like they did during WW2 they would overwhelm us eventually. Their economy is stronger and capable of sustaining a larder army than ours. But they don't use it, cause they prefer to spend it on civilian projects.
But equipment is not everything either. Take manpower into account too, and the level of their training. Germany has one of the lowest percentages of citizens willing to defend their country, even if you try to force germans who don't want to fight to draft they would be green newbies who would desert and surrender by thousands, virtually accomplishing nothing other than forcing us to build interment camps for POWs.
And they wouldn't be able to withstand an invasion. They are wilfully unprepared.
And yes, you are right, they don't need to be prepared. They are surrounded by military allies after all, so they feel safe enough.
But the problem is, just like muscles degrade when they aren't used, so does military capacity.
This is one of the main reasons why US has an edge over Russia. The US constantly gets involved in military actions all over the world, so their army is fit, ready, and experienced. And military drills and training can only get you so far towards being prepared.
You need to war to be good at war. Germany is not good at war, and even having hundreds of newest tanks wouldn't be enough to compensate for that.
