You are right, IRGC are everywhere in Aleppo. I think some twitter accounts( cant remember if pro-govt. or pro-jihadi) stated that they are even with the Tiger forces in the 1070 project, but only in defence position. But still, the main offensive forces are SAA, while the militias are in defence.
