Actually, they've started to found ways around it, by luring people in with something popular, then pushing the niggers and female leads in the background.
Star Wars is a prime example. The wanted to push the nigger/spic/woman angle, but they knew the cast was incredibly weak, so what did they do? They got the original cast to join. With the original cast, it doesn't really matter how bad the movie is, because people will go see it. They were even clever enough to focus on Han Solo and keep Luke Skywalker as a draw for the next movie.
They're doing the same with the spin-off. The main cast consists of a woman leading a bunch of brown and yellow people, but to get people to watch their shit, they've thrown in Darth Vader.
They tried to do it with Ghostbusters, by blackmailing some of the original cast members to join, but it didn't really work.
