Is living in an apartment comfy?

I live in a commieblock apt and I made it comfy, ask me questions

Depends on the commieblock. Some have a shitty sound insulation. You hear when someone flushes a toilet

imagine how many bugs and spiders live in that

Are you living alone or with your family? Is the rent cheap or high? Is it built and run by tax or private company?

I do not live in one but It must not be very pleasant plus house is very expensive in Spain. One commieblock normally costs half a million euros.

I'm living with my mom (I'm taking care of her) for now but soon with gf
I made all paintings myself

oh and
>Is the rent cheap or high?
pretty cheap, it's a commieblock build in 80s
it's run by the city, by housing cooperative or whatever it's called

...

want moar pics?

Good. Thanks user. Public commieblock with cheap rent are good commieblock. We need them more.

Looks exactly same as mine kek
Except the colours, mine are yellow/orange

I will post anyways cuz Im bored
oh show pls

...

always put a painting of a Jew counting coins in your apt because it attracts wealth (but never close to the door cuz monies escape)
it's a Polish thing only I think

Last one
there is one more room and kitchen but I'm too lazy now to make pics

cute kot
That's a lot of space for an apartment.

>oh show pls
not at home rn tbhfam

>open window
>bedroom instantly turns into an australian outdoor shack

Lived in three before I rented my cabin.
Apartments is the last option.
My last apartment building was the worse, fucking neighbors always having fights, people drilling in walls in the middle of the night etc. Never silent.
Only "benefit" I can think if is that the liquor store was closer.

MY GOD IMAGINE ALL THAT WEIGHT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT RAINS

nice

Depends on the building/neighborhood.
I live in a pretty comfy area in the middle of town, never hear anything from my neighbors. Mostly old people.
I made it as comfy as possible with my limited budget.

Living in a luxury apartment is comfy, they're usually soundproff and you don't have to deal with weird neighbors, plus you usually have additional services and security.
Normal flats, meh. I wouldn't call them comfy, they might be ok if you're lucky enough though.

Looks nice man

It can be, but you shouldn't get an apartment if "comfyness" is your reason.

That's not a problem.
Don't you have those hanging gardens in burgerland?

...

Sounds awesome. The bogan scum who live around here are often screaming and making a fuss at all hours of the morning. The cops have been through he so many times but it doesn't change anything.
No one else to rent and the waiting list highly competitive and too expensive elsewhere anyway. Australia could benefit from commieblocks because we desperately need cheap options and more housing. Plus, they're kind of awesome.

Not really tbqh

Usually feels kind of cramped, you're surrounded by other people stacked all around you and at some point they WILL annoy you, feels like you have less privacy, neighbors can often hear you taking a dump or having a go with the missus, its a hassle getting in and out, god forbid there are kids living in the building.

Renting a house is the way to go if you're not looking to buy.

Yeah we had some Swedish version of the "bogans" where I lived with my parents before moving here.
They could never be quiet.
The fire department came once when they were having a barbecue on their balcony and smoke was turning on smoke detectors all over the building...

But I got lucky with this area.

Not really, you have neighbors constantly making noise and you have to respect the retarded rules set up by the administrators of the building

Nice.

yea this apt is pretty big for an old commieblock, 3 rooms, bathroom, loo, kitchen, big hallway so yeah
oh ok
thank you
