Në këtë të dhëne statistikore të vitit 1912 theksohet se në Maqedoni jetojnë 136.752 shqiptarë. Një të dhëne të tillë e demanton një demograf bullgar M. Selishcef duke thënë se në Maqedoni ka 194.195 shqiptarë (57.443 shqiptarë me pak). Në vitin 1912/1913 të dhënat nga perandoria turke, japin numrin e popullsise shqiptare në territorin e Maqedonisë si: Tetovë, Shkup, Dibër, Kumanovë, Kërcovë, Ohër, Prilep, Resnjë dhe Manastir jetojne 230.357 shqiptarë. Në vitin 1900 ka pasur 52.000 torbesh në vitin 1921 nuk jepen të dhëna për numrin kësaj popullate sepse i kanë shënuar si Maqedon edhe pse janë me prejardhje shqiptare. Sipas regjistrimit të vitit 1948 në Maqedoni jetojnë 197.524 shqiptarë. Sipas regjistrimit të vitit 1953 në Maqedoni jetojnë 162.524 shqiptarë (koha e Rankoviqit , shpërngulja e shqiptarve në Turqi). Në bazë të regjistrimit të vitit 1994 jetojnë 441.104 shqiptare që nuk është reale për shkak se prej 260.000 nxënës të përfshirë në shkollat fillore , afër 87.000 ose 33.5 % që e ndjekin mësimin në gjuhën shqipe ,por ata janë shënuar maqedon. Në konferencën për shtyp në pres qendrën në Beograd Ante Popovski pohon se në Maqedoni ka 600.000 shqiptarë në vitin 1981. Nisur nga kjo e dhënë e Ante Popovskit mund të vim në përfundim se me një shtim natyral prej 24 përmija tek shqiptarët na del se në regjistrimin e vitit 1991 ne Maqedoni ka 744.000 shqiptare ose 35 % e popullsise se Maqedonisë. Sipas regjistrimit të vitit 2001/2002 në Maqedoni jetojnë 509.038 shqiptarë , që nuk është aspak reale, pasi prej 1991 e deri 2002 me shtim natyror 18 përmija numri i shqiptarvë ka arritur 802.296 shqiptare ose 35 % e numrit të popullsisë në Maqedoni. Prej vitit 2002 deri në vitin 2012 me shtim natyror prej 15 përmijave tek ne Shqiptarët do të kete 927.000 Shqiptarë.
