>The one where we hung a man for unironically doing nothing wrong and prevented a fourth North American country from existing.
context?

the 1967 war
I still cant grasp how nasser didn't see the surprise airstrike coming and how the fuck he trusted the jews when they said that a preemptive strike wont happen.add to that, that instead of moving the army to southern sinai to obtain natural cover through mountain + ability to supply troops there with superior navy,he actually made the troops march over the northern sinai desert which has zero natural cover.
and to top it off he did it with no sams and lost around half the equipment

Every Arab war against Israel is embarrassing for everyone except Israel.

The Mexican-US War

Louis Riel and the Metis rebellion

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_of_Canudos

"The War of Canudos (Guerra de Canudos, Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈɡɛʁɐ duʃ kɐ̃ˈnuduʃ], 1895–1898)[1] was a conflict between the state of Brazil and a group of some 30,000 settlers who had founded their own community in the Northeastern state of Bahia, named Canudos. After a number of unsuccessful attempts at military suppression, it came to a brutal end in October 1897, when a large Brazilian army force overran the village and killed nearly all the inhabitants. This was the deadliest civil war in Brazilian history."
