Nah not really, this happens at least once every year. Blacks riot all the damn time, but it's always their own area.. If they were to go even close into a rich area, it'd get shut down faster than you can say homeland security (happens all the time too).
Not only by the military, but by the people that live there. They all have guns. Cops would use crowd control (like they always do) and the riot dies down. I think you think that these rioters or going to risk their lives for this shit, or even care about it... The majority all criminals and back stabbing cowards, they're rioting to take advantage of the situation, and come up off of it, most people who give a shit aren't going riot....

I would argue that we have not seen a modern incident were this has taken place on the scale that the powder keg that is America has become. But as many are saying the likeliness of even basic organization happening in these riots is very unlikely. Keeping them dumb and unorganized seems to be working upto now.
