Modern north europeans mixed with arabs often cluster with south europeans thought neolithic middle easterners didn't have negroid and to lesser extent australoid admixture modern ones have. ENF is something like 30% proto-west eurasian+70% basal eurasian while EEF is ENF with like 30% near eastern UHG similar to WHG but not the same. ENF is very old, mayve even like 90000-80000 years old as middle eastern are descendats of the first OOA wave and well recognisable.
