It's almost impossible to measure it, because Gypsies don't have a country, and they can easily claim any nationality (of the nation they are born in), so statistics don't show shit. The only way you can do is to go to those countries and estimate by yourself. But they are both fucked, and i'd say both of them are close to 40-50% (if you count mixed ones)
