Whoa

...

Kino

Wait until my pals at r/symbolism get a load of this!

Huh. Really makes you think

Hahaha man way to fake having depth in an incredibly philistine way. This is like one step above garbage shows that recreate the last supper. Like what the hell are you even trying to convey?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

to convey that daredevil is a christian show

At yet when Snyder does it everybody loses their shit...

this thread is saying that DD is as shit as Snyder

DD S2 confirmed as 5deep7u

well good luck with your islam then cuck

nothing will top Agents of Kino

Only one of those shots is in the show and it is backed by actually being a reference to a comic. The other two aren't in the show, so unlike Super Jesus shots they're not crammed in there.

So no, DD's writing and visuals are not as bad as Snyder and Goyer. The show is consistent and consequential. For one the two protagonists don't come to blows simply because a mustache twirling rich fuck planted a bunch of easily debunked attempts at incrimination, or the conveniently temporarily unhinged mentality of one of the genius-idiots. No, they do so because their philosophies in life, not just vigilantism, come to odds. Mama Castiglione and Murdock also don't share a PTSD inducing first name.

yew naked people are gross

Are these works of Caravaggio? I'm sure for the last two

so asspained

>St Sebastian is the unofficial patron saint of LGBT people

Snyder does it again!

>I HATE SNYYYYYDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRR: The Post

Daredevil's Catholicism is and has always been a strong part of his character.

And Superman has had religious undertones since day one, and quickly turned into a Moses and Christ figure.

B-BUT MUH SNYDER MUH WARNER MUH DCAU MUH REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>using references that are wasted on your audience

For what purpose.
I mean, this is stuff for kids and teenagers that think that being a psychopath killing people because muh family (who somehow never killed an innocent people and only kills bad cartoony stereotypes) is cool and "thought provoking"

But most of us were too busy agreeing DD S2 was already really good to rationalize these references as primary reasons the show is good or too deep for insophisticates to understand as a primary line of defense against criticisms of it.

>DD S2 was already really good
erreythang but frank wuz shit tho muh niqqa

but daredevil isnt kiddy

not true nelson taking a 180 on matt was 'kino'

The character is religious, its nothing more than that and it doesn't need to be. Its promotional material designed to look cool, thats it. Unlike something like Man of Steel that actually incorporates this pretentious imagery into its actual content Daredevil leaves it surface level.

The top one is definitely St Sebastian by Rubens, not so sure about the others.

>pretentious
lol

Wait, when did they make Daredevil gay?

It was different from S1 in that S1 followed one singular plot, while S2 had two, or three plots following parallel with one another at the same time, with each of them having a crossover with another a few times as the season continued. Matt was always at the center of all of them though. It was different than S1, and was good. It just happened to be a different good than that of S1.

What did OP mean by this?

/thread

Religion is actually a large component of Daredevil's stories, though.
