Most of the western countries have long standing law on excepting refugees and under normal circumstances most of the western world has little to no problems with refugees.
That being said the problem is when refugees are used by governments and the powerful to influence and terrorize native populations as we see in Europe and America.

I truly have sympathy for people dealing worth these civil wars. Most of them are probably decent folks who just want to live their lives. Islam has a toxic and violent undertone to it, but I don't want to see people die over their religion unless they pose a theat.
