Actually DNA tests are 100% bullshit for brainlets who don't know anything about genetics. They don't offer a realistic picture of your ancestry, but they don't tell you that. These tests only tell you what people you seem most similar too based off of sampling from the average pop.

If it says you're 30% French, that doesn't mean you're literally 30% French, it means your genetic makeup is similar 30% that of the average French person based upon their samplings. You can have 0% French ancestry and still show up as 30% French.

If 30% of your DNA is closer to french DNA than any other group, it probably means you're french.
