Teen Titans Movie

Pitch it. Show me your idea.

After Robin's death Batmam becomes increasingly more brutal prompting his first protégé, Nightwing, to leave and strike out on his own. Around that time, Waller's first attempt at putting together a government team of supers begins to have problems. The "Kid" Flash, Wonder "Girl", Aqualad, and psychic Raven are grossly mistreated by Agent Slade Wilson, the serum-enhanced soldier put in charge by Waller.
Nightwing, doing his own thing, is captured by government agents and forcibly recruited. Brings a bit of lightness to the shit that is the team's lives, while constantly comparing Wilson to Batman. The team goes on the run and gets hounded by Deathstroke and the Fearsome Five, other more willing recruits. The team wins mostly because Bruce postures with Waller, as he'd been secretly keeping an eye on Dick to ensure he's still safe.
Ending stinger alluding to Trigon's coming for sequel bait

Full penetration

Does it have to be based on the DCEU or can we improvise?

DCEU

Dick becames Nighwing and meets some super duper guys and says "lol lets be superheroes and shit."

>Another "Government runs the capes" film
Honestly it's nearly propaganda at this point

We'll get Superboy in the sequel so we have a league replacement when the other actors age out.

>Pitch it. Show me your idea.
What if they were all lab experiments with a common origin and Cyborg was a wigga?

But the whole plot is literally about them going rogue and no longer being government run.

Always a great notion.

Done! lets go home.

Tim Drake a computer hacker/ Batman fanboy investigates the disappearance of his friend Cassie,a metahuman. Cassie has been kidnapped by a group called NOWHERE.NOWHERE is trying to build an army of metahumans for a secret agenda.Once at the facility Cassie meets some of the other prisoners Beast Boy,Impulse,Terra and Static.Tim also infiltrates the facility and tries to rescue Cassie on his own but fails and is captured. He then persuades the other prisoners to help by claiming to be Batman's sidekick.Working together the group manages to escape but are pursued by Superboy a clone of Superman created by NOWHERE.Instead of pursuing the escaped teens Superboy decides to join them for his own reasons.NOWHERE then sends a team of metahumans after them. They fight off their enemies and decide to hide out in Jump City.

Ending stinger is Deathstroke being hired by NOWHERE to recapture the Titans.

Isn't that just New52?

>Teen Titans
>never die
lol?

It's loosely based on it but the new 52 version was much worst and way more complicated.

After the Apokolips invasion, Cyborg has some apprehensions about continuing on as a superhero. while the Justice League forms, he strikes it out on his own and tries to live as normal a life as he can. Mostly withdrawing and doing things online, he ends up getting into contact with other metas. Slowly he reworks his will to be a hero again.

Meanwhile Nightwing has been striking it out on his own and investigating a series of occult based kidnappings and murders. One case ends up with him crossing paths with Cyborg, who is also investigating reports of crime he's been learning of online. Their investigations lead them to Raven, who the cult is trying to locate. The Cult would be a reworked version of the Church of Blood; more based as a group of Trigon worshippers.

Raven has been trying to locate a group of people to join her to prepare for her father's return. But after Midway city, magic users have been going underground in fear of being captured or recruited. Raven has been attempting to call on other magic users like Zatanna and Constantine, but has been either ignored or unable to reach them.

Apokalips and Luthor's invitation also put Earth on the radar for more civilizations both universal and inter-dimensional. More aliens are entering Earth space, and at least one other has made it to earth; the alien refugee Koryadn'r. She's been captured by an organization-maybe government related, maybe not, who wants to have the next Superman on their hands. The three manage to find out about this, and attempt to find her to free her, and hope to recruit her.

Needing help to infiltrate the facility, they find one of Cyborg's friends from online, Beast Boy. Managing to break Kory out, they invoke the ire of the mercenary assigned security for the facility, Slade Wilson.

Final confrontation pits them against Brother Blood and the Church of Blood.

Trigon is set up for the sequel.

This concept is interesting. Here are some ideas:

The boss of NOWHERE should be Brother Blood instead of Harvest.

Impulse is not a terrorist from the future. He came back in time to give Barry crucial information about the war with Apokolips but lost his memories and got captured by Harvest.

Terra was hired by Deathstroke to get captured and infiltrate NOWHERE. Have her question her loyalty to him as she goes on the run with the others and gets to know them.

Deathstroke has his own agenda regarding NOWHERE(maybe they screwed over one of his kids and he wants revenge?)

Superboy is just a clone of Superman.None of the convoluted nonsense that Lobdell came up with.

Maybe have Cyborg help Tim track down Cassie?

Does TT only has Trigon and Juda's Contract?

Batman sends nightwing and cyborg out on a mission together to investigate the HIVE facility for fear that they've gained control over some apokoliptian technology, so they head to star city where unbeknownst to Vic and Bruce he has contacted his friend and loose canon Roy harper, Vic is suspicions of Roy but trusts dick. Inside the facility they discover alien technology but not apokilptian, tamaranean, starfire is in a pod and in a battle with hive gaurds her pod is damaged and she begins to flatline, dick revives her with mouth to mouth and this is where we learn of her ability to pick up languages from contact,
As these four are escaping deathstroke is returning after hunting for metas (which we would have seen earlier in the movie but I forgot to mention it), he and his men engage in battle with the titans and release the other metas, raven and beast boy, deathsgroke gets jobbed by the six of them and one of the other mercenaries, his son grant sneaks into the hive facility and steals a super soldier serum, the titans head back to bludhaven unaware of the hive tracker bees. ravager comes to attack them to finish slades work while deathstroke is recovering and takes the serum outside of nightwings discount batcave where the titans are learning about each other grant's ravager serum makes him stronger than Slade by far and faster too, nearly to speesster levels, nearly beating the titans but the strain on his body kills him, Slade is informed of this and vows vengeance on the titans, tease terra at the end, save trigon for a league titans crossover

They have other stories but these are the ones most writers focus on. Most of the stories that happen are based around one of the characters on the roster and how that issue affects the rest of the team.

No live action. Based on New Teen Titans, Set in 80s.

I don't know, do their origin story?

>After Robin's death Batmam becomes increasingly more brutal prompting his first protégé, Nightwing, to leave
So Batman had two robins at the same time?

>Line-Up

Nightwing
Kid-Flash
Raven
Starfire
Beast Boy
Speedy
Terra

>Plot

Opening is Batman and Robin taking on a case together in Gotham City, with obvious tension between the two. Scene cuts to Dick and Bruce standing with Alfred in the Batcave. After a fight between Dick and Bruce (which Alfred unsuccessfully attempts to quell) Dick leaves the manor.

Timeskip. Dick is battling crime on his own, wearing his Nightwing costume. A year or two seems to have passed since his fight with Bruce. We watch Nightwing shutting down a simple crime (maybe an illegal weapons trade or something), acrobatically beating up on a group of armed thugs and heading away easily. The scene pans, and Batman can be seen above the street, watching Nightwing's performance unobserved.

The first twenty or so minutes of the movie are focused on Dick and what he's doing by himself without Batman. After that segment with him, he walks into his apartment to see Bruce standing in the living room, waiting for him. They apparently haven't talked since their fallout. Dick angrily confronts Bruce, but Bruce refuses to get drawn into the fight and tells Dick that he needs his help. Dick reluctantly agrees.

Nightwing and Batman take on a mission together. Afterward, Batman reveals the real reason why he's there: Dick has proven he can operate on his own, and he has a mission for him. He wants him to lead a group of metahumans to complete objectives for the Justice League, sort of like a lesser-known taskforce underneath the League itself.

Dick is introduced to the other members of the team. Kid-Flash, Beast Boy, Raven, Starfire, and Speedy.

Cue training montage/mission montage interspliced with growing character relationships. The team gets to know each other and completes several missions for the Justice League.

Eventually this leads to Dick doing some detective work and discovering an illegal metahuman kidnapping ring with the goal of producing compliant child soldiers for mercenary use.

Pornography man on man man on woman women on woman every pairing gets a scene.

Dick brings his findings to Bruce and requests permission to attempt a rescue. Bruce declines, telling him that its too dangerous and that he and League will handle it. Upset that Bruce doesn't trust him to handle the mission himself, and after conferring with his team, Dick purposefully gives Bruce false information to send him on a wild goose chase while he and the other Titans take on the kidnapping ring themselves.

Deathstroke turns out to be a mercenary defending the holding site, and after a brutal battle during which Deathstroke hands Nightwing his ass, a metahuman named Terra somehow manages to break free. She ends up joining the Teen Titans.

The lead on the ring however has been lost, as they abandoned the location following the discovery and failed capture by the Titans. Bruce is furious with Dick, and tells him he will be stripping him of command and booting him off the Titans.

This is the depressive arc part of the movie, Nightwing picks himself back up by throwing himself into the case, spending almost all of his time hunting down leads. In the meantime, Speedy is placed in control of the Titans. Nightwing eventually finds a lead on the metahuman ring and returns to the Titans to ask for help.

What Bruce didn't count on is that Dick and the Titans are tight as fuck at this point, and the Titans give Dick leadership back immediately and follow him on a mission to take down the ring without Batman's knowledge.

Working together, the team manage to take down and apprehend Deathstroke. They also save a metahuman who appears to be a clone of Superman. This metahuman takes the name Superboy and joins the team.

Movie ends with Nightwing reporting to the League, who chastise him for not following orders but admit that the team did well. However, they make it clear he's on thin ice as a leader, only staying because he seems to have formed close bonds with the team.

End credits scene teases Trigon.

Character relationships established during movie:

Romance between Nightwing and Starfire
Kid-Flash and Nightwing form a best-friend relationship
Nightwing and Beast Boy form an older-brother to younger-brother relationship
Speedy and Nightwing have a friendly rivalry
Raven and Stafire become unlikely yet close friends
Groundwork for Terra and Beast Boy romance is laid
Beast Boy and Kid-Flash have a "two goons" kind of friendly relationship

Maybe include a scene in which Bruce returns to the manor and talks with Alfred, during which it is revealed that Bruce was aware that Dick slipped him false information but wanted to test Dick's ability to truly work on his own on leadership-based objectives. Alfred asks Bruce if he still thinks Dick could take over as Batman for Bruce in the event of Bruce's death. Bruce says he's not ready yet, but one day, he will be.

This sounds really good.

How about we stop pretending anyone gets any enjoyment out of Teen Titans.

Would be weird to have a Teen Titans movie without previously set Robin. (who is dead in the DCEU)

>Implying they'd ever make a Teen Titans movie without the cast of the cartoon

>superman movie trilogy, introduces superboy
>flash move trilogy, introduces kid flash
>ww movie trilogy, introduces wonder girl
>etc etc etc
>titans movie trilogy

but nah, lets shoehorn everything we can into a single superman movie then act surprised that its not well-received.

no? 1st robin was dick/nightwing, he left to be his own man. he was then replaced by jason todd who was later killed (?)

this is like batman 101

Batman had two Robins, though barely anyone outside of Gordon new that. The older one left when he and Bruce got in an argument years ago. Since then Dick Grayson hung up his cape and tried to be a police officer in Blud Haven. He has to put the cape on again as new heroes are appearing in his city and none of them seem to know what their powers even do.

Cyborg as a friend of Dicks back in the superhero days

Raven, Beast Bot, and Superboy as the new heroes who don't understand their powers.

Stratford as the oldest of the new heroes and is weirdly pro-war. Play her as Klingon for a bit until you find out that's just a coping mechanism due to her losing her entire race to slavery.

First movie is about dealing with a mysterious group kidnapping new super humans and their operative Deathstroke helping. Deathstroke basically doesn't care until he realizes that Dick is a Robin and he wants payback for when Bats put him in jail.

Second would deal with Beast Boys old family, the Doom Patrol, and the fact that they basically got killed and he escaped. Now they gotta deal with the Brotherhood of Dada. That movie also has Raven tapping into the dark demonic bits of her to stop their weird brand of meta-powers. In the end we learn that they were here for Raven not Beast Boy.

Third is Trigon. They gotta team up with Deathstroke stop him like in the animated series.

Also I'd have Spiral be the baddies for the first movie and eventually be the main antagonist of a Nightwing Trilogy

>Wonder "Girl"

I like it but in my world we'd get a Riegn of the Supermen thing and have a 90s superboy movie before this

This could fit as a Frank Miller book.

Perfect
