The first original The Shining trailer is the best trailer in cinema history. Period.
youtube.com
Just imagine seeing this trailer in 1980 in a cinema without knowing anything about it.
Song name?
This was an amazing teaser.
youtube.com
youtube.com
encore, jay-z/linkin park
pure kino
that boat scene is truly one of the best scenes in cinema.
The movie is great in general desu. The soundtrack is amazing, I listen to it all the time.
the movie is a turd but this is a fantastic trailer
youtube.com
Gladiator teaser trailer is good
youtube.com
This shit gave me goosebumps when i was a 16 year old pleb.
Too bad the matrix came out
It's 100% the song that makes it.
Miami Vice is so underrated.
it's pretty clear Zach does great trailers
shame about the films
This trailer is ten times as interesting as the movie.
Nine Inch Nails is garbage.
Regardless of what you think of the film it was great
this trailer is god-tier
youtube.com
The Mad Max Fury Road trailer got me so hype
I swear this has to be one of the most quotable films of all time
It was only several years after release that I learned that apparently film critics disliked it.
Back when i still got excited for comic book movies.
Also one of those cases where the trailer is "better than the movie"
>240p
Why is WB so fucking lazy?
Why, it's the best we had back in the day...
This, this trailer was absolute Kino. I thought the film was really boring though kek
It was a pretty good movie although I felt like this scene where colin farrell went undercover was out of place
Why did you think it was boring?
At any rate, the moment I heard Immortan Joe's voice, I was sold.
There should be some kind of award for best trailer. It takes talent to make shitty movies appear so good.
fuck I can't wait for new Mad Max tbqh familiada smdh
based
I thought the acting was shit, the weird parts were too weird and it felt like it dragged on too long. I admit that during the first few action scenes I was enthralled and thought it was gonna be a great movie... Maybe I'm just a Pleb
I'm a sucker for sci-fi like this, but that is seriously moving. Matthew Mcwhateverhisnameis has a great voice for this sort of narration.
wtf, he sounds retarded, legit
ONLY GOD FORGIVES:

set me up for one of my biggest disappointments
everything building up to Superman in this movie was fantastic
and then Superman happened
>I thought the acting was shit, the weird parts were too weird and it felt like it dragged on too long
thats probably the most reasonable criticism of this movie ive ever read on here. i mean, i thought the acting was fine, i like long movies and the weird parts are subjective. I thought they worked because it was Miller just completely throwing the insanity of it all right in your face, the sights, the sounds, explosions, etc.
congrats on not being a faggot contrarian like so many on here
It's a shame the actual movie was kinda shit. Took a lot of the fun out of Bond.

>Doc may not be a do-gooder, but he's done good.
it's still a pretty good trailer.
>ywn see this film
I feel the opposite. The trailer makes it look like a rather boring, typical and unappealing modern action film. The movie is better than that, and I'm glad I didn't watch this trailer before going to the cinema.
A masterpiece of minimalism
youtube.com
Movie=forgotten
Faulty trailer=eternal
Less indeed is more, Cruise is a genius.
>WAAAAAAH
>WAAAAAAHHH
...
>muh giant squid!
Faggot.
youtube.com
garbage movie but the trailer is pretty good
>He doesn't understand the point of the giant squid
Typical Snyder fan.
youtube.com
I think im gonna watch it again on netflix. I still get the goosebumps. Thanks OP.
you know if the full film itself had faulty audio it might have been entertainingly bad. As it stands its just incredibly boring.
This one?
youtube.com
Wow Alien Covenant's trailer was so good! Thumbs ub!
Don't be a smart ass, this thread is about great trailers, everyone thought this was amazing back when it came out and was hyped for it, the same style / music of the original alien + director, what could go wrong, right?
>shot on shitty digital video
>kino
Shiggy
Movie was worse than the original (Though it was decent)
Trailer was fucking kino tho (A bit long)
youtube.com
Best teaser trailer:
youtube.com
most kino game trailer
The Social Network trailler
youtube.com
This shit is just amazing, it really felt so epic at the time, I remember being stunned by the beautiful photography and the zeitgesity feel of it
Godzilla and Mad max(comicon one) had amazing trailers.
Turns out godzilla was terrible and mad max amazing. It really doesn't say anything.
Surprised nobody has posted the original bbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaapppppppppp core trailer yet
youtube.com
Literally makes the film redundant as every good part of the film is captured in several minutes right there.
thread winner
Jesus, I forgot about that
>They're saying we stole the facebook
>I know what it say-
>So did we?
Man what a fucking trailer
Looks like Kino is back on the menu

first suicide squad reveal at comic con
youtube.com
This shit is like some dark masterpiece. But then they had to make it funnier and market it with bohemian rhapsody. it's a real shame. But that music, which is kind of angelic and sinister at the same time, goes so well with the action, it's like a world of chaos and disorder and its beautiful
did dark souls steal this?
Dunkirk was pretty good
>WHERE'S THE BLOODY AIR FORCE?
>vvvvvvvvvvvvvrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmm
Not the most kino, but the first Harry Potter had a perfect teaser trailer youtube.com
And a decently good official trailer youtube.com
That fucking score, man.
Love this one.
Yeah its new, but its goddamn good.
youtube.com
what movie?
Heat? Rampage?
Dark Knight
>the sort of grown "man" who launches into a profanity-laced tirade as he leaves the theater
I trully believe the Golden Age of Baneposting was the best Sup Forums era. Better than Abatap. Better than everything
youtube.com
>shame about the films
what do you mean?
dawn of the dead - good
300 - great
watchmen - outstanding
legend of the guardians - great
sucker punch - 50/50
man of steel - underrated
BvS - 50/50
people always talk like snyder has made nothing but turds.
goat music desu
this got me so fucking hyped for a movie and director I'd never heard of. happy ending all around
>seriously having to ask this
You don't belong here.
Brother, the golden age has not ended yet
Holy shit at those visuals. When will modern films look this good?
I like how it perfectly seg-wayed into BvS posting.
What used to be "ironic" essays on the hidden subtext and references to Jesus and heaven in the plane scene became genuine essays on the actual subtext in BvS.
It was brilliant, a work of art, meme magic at its finest
Watchmen is a chore with nothing to it aside from great visuals
Sucker Punch was fucking awful from start to finish
Man of Steel is overrated if anything
And BvS is the worst superhero movie in the last couple decades. It's borderline unwatchable.
>I'm a pleb, look at me!
Really?
youtube.com
significantly better than the actual film
I cant believe I was tricked into watching this shitty movie
>mfw i've seen all the films in this trailer.
good job bro
would have made a better Contra movie
I seem to be the only one that thinks Sucker Punch was a pretty good movie.
The action scenes were great, the girls were sexy
the story was nice and dark, I loved the WW1 scene.
only scene i didnt really like was the train scene
greatest con job in hollywood history
trailer made it look like it was gonna be citizen kane of capekino
and then we got pic related
