No, it actually has a panel of him flat out saying that he's going to rape her, and then the issue ends. Next issue has her in prison and the guards talking about how they're suspecting her of murder because they found the rapist torn open and Felicia insisting she wasn't raped.
What actually happened is that the attempted rapist's shit-tier brother is a teleporter and he teleported inside of his brother and then burst him from the inside out to save her because his brother used to rape him as a kid.
Which, you know, is fine except that (wait for it) this was all just a way to fuel Black Cat's TRUE ORIGIN where Felicia was raped in college and only learned all her combat moves because she was planning on murdering her rapist. Except that the rapist is killed in a car accident before she can EXACT HER REVENGE, leading to Felicia getting blue balls and stealing things to let off that steam. You know, rather than her original storyline where she was trying to help her dad. Because that's far less DEEP AND INTERESTING than rape.

I have this theory that Smith actually wrote that story to spite the fans, because it took him a LONG time to finish the story and people kept bothering him about it. So much so that he put out a statement essentially saying "I'm not getting paid until the story's done either so how about you shut the fuck up."
I wouldn't put it past him to rape black cat as a way to get back at the fans.
