Jason is Real solid Red Ranger. Strong. Powerful. Isn't interested in the spotlight, and did his duty as the original red ranger. Then he retired as a ranger with dignity to become a paramedic, and later a firefighter. Still helping people to this day. He exemplifies what a ranger should be.

Jason and Tommy are pretty much the complete opposites in fighting styles. Tommy is more flamboyant and falshy in his moves while Jason is more controlled and focused. I think Tommy will come as the aggressor in this one and Jason will simply defend and wait for openings and counter with focused and powerful strikes. Tommy might get more hits and even penetrate Jason´s guard a little but, i have to say that Jason´s more focused attacks should win him the day. Tommy will most likely over extend himself in this fight and thus lose.
