Nearly every organizational strategy is based on the fact that greater homogeneity greatly reduces social and institutional transaction costs. Even communism is based on that - it just proclaims international class homogeneity, while Nationalism proclaims national-ethnic homogeneity, and Liberalism proclaims ideological homogeneity, etc.
You can argue that national-ethnic communal organization is less efficient or effective than one of the other popular choices, but to dismiss it out of hand based on a superficial assumption of emotional motivation is intellectually dishonest at least.

I believe each ethnicity should have a homeland that should be a vast majority made up of people of that ethnicity and should be as strong as possible. Each group of sub humans must be preserved in their own land. If a sub species of panda, wolf, falcon etc is becoming very rare we try to breed them but with humans we just let them be absorbed by larger populations or genocided. The wildcats in the UK will become extinct due to breeding with domestics soon.

Those nations would turn into precisely what ethnicities and cultures would then be represented there. And you would only have to look at the home nations of those migrants to figure out how that would turn out.

Your success there as a migrant has virtually nothing to do with your own culture and heritage..
