First for Vaapad is best lightsaber form.

Have they established lightsaber forms in the new cannon? All I remember is them mentioning a "form 3" in Kanan: the last padawan.

They're all canon.

So who's sending the Son of Dathomir dub to Dave and Pablo once it's done?

...

and now, thankfully, gone forever.

>There’s potentially another meaning to it too, relating to Felicity Jones’ interplanetary guerrilla Jyn Erso. She also has a rogue streak; a touch of the Han Solos in her drive to do what’s right, regardless of how much shit she has to blow up en route.

>Jyn is quite a rogue one

MADMAN

...

What's a suitably stupid name for basketball in Star Wars?

j'Qaar'rdtth

Hoopsball

gravball

That's more like soccer than basketball

Fair

how about

Fly-ball? or maybe Sky-ball? named after hero of the republic, Anakin Skywalker.

Looks like we're getting shit-all again through November: SW Annual #2, Poe #8, SW #25, TFA #6

>Looks like we're getting shit-all again through November
I'm not expecting anything new until January or February to be honest. Rogue One was supposed to be three issues and a one-shot so that'd be being released in at least October to December. I'm sure we will get news at NYCC.

>Leia goes to a planet, ends up convincing the peoples there to get themselves killed, and is heralded as a hero.

Has there ever been a Star Wars story where the person inciting people to rise up isn't shown as a hero for this? That all they did was end up getting a bunch of innocent people killed?

What a waste of such a great cover

Why does Leia look Asian?

An R2-D2 story by Chris Eliopoulos? Sign me up!

Glad to see this is still going.

Moving Target did that. Leia and her crew go from planet to planet placing beacons for the Rebels and encouraging the planets to be more active. The Empire follows them wrecking every planet they go to and the plan is a massive failure in the end.

Failure for the book mission, sure, but in the end Leia and Nien destroy another ISD and get the shuttle they use in ROTJ to get down to Endor.

Don't forget the part where the entire point of this uprising she's inspiring is no more than a distraction.

I'd just like for them to have a story where Leia and the rest of them realize that they shouldn't push what they think is right onto other people.

Now why would they do that? Leia is one of the good guys! There's nothing wrong with pushing the right thing on people! Don't be an icky Imperial that tries to push their bad mindset on people, user.

She still ruins/ends a lot of people's lives and feels incredibly guilty about it.

How much would you charge for a Chuchi, Barriss, and Ahsoka pic?

preferably lewd.

>The best Star Wars video game is still TIE Fighter
>You get to play as an Imperial

Coincidence or causation?

If it is a straight up commission it's 9x12, $25, free shipping, I try to fit as much as I can on there. Like I mentioned, send an email. I have a few commissions to post tonight over at the lewd thread as well.

Sup Forums you need to leave.

How is that Sup Forums?

So whatever happened to this guy being in TFA? Part of me wonders if he was meant to be Kix after Ithano found him

Why is always someone in these threads pretending to be intelligent talking about realpolitiks in a fictional universe about wizards in world war 2 in space, where a DEATH STAR exists?

So you dont charge per character depicted? i appreciate the hell outa that sir. Im shelling about 130 for a commish of 5 of my guild's star wars toons and while im loving the work, its eating my wallet something fierce.

Ill shoot you an email, no need to ship it, digital scan is fine, and id love it if you could share it over at the aco thread.

Did Stormtroopers ever have this moment?

youtube.com/watch?v=JEle_DLDg9Y

I appreciate the interest. I think 3 characters could work on that size without limiting space and detail. I look forward to the email, haven't had the chance to draw blue butts yet.

I would be happy to help. My girls dont get enough love.

Is it just me, or was there some actual sexual tension between Ahsoka and Chuchi in the episode where they track down her dad? Like, they are awfully friendly for two people who dont really know each other reall well.

>implying Empire was bad

You are fucking brain dead if you haven't realized that the Empire are the good guys at this point. The Jedi Order and Council were fucking awful leaders.

But they're all wearing white. White is the good guy color. Nor do they boast any skull or bone related insignia.

user, the jedi didnt lead the galaxy. They were wise old leaders that the galactic republic trusted, but they were not leaders. Their involvement during the prequels was the most they EVER got involved.

Furthermore, I hate the republic based on the fact alone that someone like Sheev could play the system so hard to make an empire, but you gatta admit things were better under their rule.

>Everyone has near equal rights aside from a privileged upper class.
>Trade is mostly free with powerful conglomerates like the trade federation or the united banking clans being entities that existed outside of the government.
>Citizens are never subject to random search or seizure
>A senate exists with elected representatives.

I mean, sure the senate was slow and mostly useless, but in the empire post ANH, how does a world get any representation? having a member of your world rank high in the military? Thats no basis of government.

Maybe he's in a deleted scene?

Galaxy spanning government is kind of retarded anyway desu. What issues do you debate on that will affect thousands if not millions of worlds where things are not permanent stalemate?

>You are fucking brain dead if you haven't realized that the Empire are the good guys at this point
Alderaan.

>Alderaan
You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Except that not all policy is decided in the galactic republic senate.

Before the empire, each planet still had its own sovereignty and laws. They got to decide how to trade and tax.

If you want proof of how the empire DID no do this, go look at what happened on Jelucan. They willingly joined and cooperated, and their whole world still got fucked over for it.

Then what does the senate preside over?

Typically a fair and just government, even one that does believe in execution as a punishment, still gives people a trial before they murder them.

You cant tell me the empire even was going to pretend that they though that every person on Alderaan was guilty.

That's Mos Eisley you cunt.
Alderaan was the planetary equivalent to Iowa, minus the bikers.

>DEATH Star
>Star DESTROYER
>now evil

I mean, if nothing else, it makes Tarkin is a War Criminal, blowing up pacifist planets because a rebel he's interrogating lives there.

>star destroyer
>never destroys any stars
Disappointed that starkiller base didn't destroy systems by causing their star to explode or go out or some shit. Big missed opportunity.

Obviously issues that arise between planets or that require the action of a large governing body to aid with.

Your planet is getting its shit kicked in by another world or a band of pirates? Ask the republic to send aid or provide military support.

Without it, all you need is something strong like the trade federation to come and fucking blockade your world until you all starve to death.

I mean, the senate at the time of TPM was ineffective, but what would the alternative have been? nothing?

Every planet has a military large enough to defend themselves? what happens when you are attacked by something too large to repel the attacks, even if you were to fully militarize?

You need big brother every once in a while.

Tarkin, being the Governor of the over sector, placed the planet on trial. It is not his fault that no representatives of the planet decided to show up to their own defense. The charges were clearly on display in the Imperial Court Cellar.

They did it to test the weapon, not because they believed it a threat.

Is Tarkin the single biggest motherfucker in the galaxy? I can see the Emperor going: "holy shit, let the rebels blow this fucking psycho up, I can always build a new base anyways".

I was almost mad until I got to that last part.

Good on you mate.

Thats a funny way of spelling Rogue Squadron 2.

A star destroyer isn't something that destroys stars, it's a destroyer in space.

Please. It was Space Switzerland.

>Disappointed that starkiller base didn't destroy systems

But it does. Destroying a planet creates a huge gravitational void. It throws it's entire solar system out of balance. Alderaan, Hosnian Prime and whatever other planets that were destroyed, their respective systems were pretty much fucked.

Indeed. Mos Eisley, or really all of Tatooine, is basically Mexico.

...

the names for the forms are all really fucking stupid.

>not jedi academy, or either battlefront

That's not how you spell KOTOR 2, user.

That's what happens when a girl finally interacts with a another girl of her age. I bet your ass there was a lot of "girl talk" between them behind the scenes. Remember that Ahsoka is always surrounded by testosterone filled clones, her master, and members of the Jedi Order.

Was that the image you meant to post?

>that image
kek :^)

When I first saw Mandalore, I immediately thought it was the home of the Aryan race, and I couldn't stop laughing

That's classified.

And to add to that, Barriss doesn't count since she's part of the Jedi Order

And Barriss I think was a bit older too

what is this picture from? I usually don't expand it to fullsize so i always thought it was an octopus on a dude

I think so in Canon, yeah since in Legends, she's already 18 by the time the Clone Wars started

Google says Sam Weber, he's some noob artist.

Pablo wasn't very receptive to the idea of him being Kix when asked about it, although Leland Chee says they were considering doing more with the character, whoever he is.

twitter.com/pablohidalgo/status/716318940662616065?lang=en

Nice cover.

>Writing "Fear" on your helmet

>people are already getting back into their EU shenanigans and deciding that random fucks of no importance are actually all key characters in the galaxy.

Considering the character hasn't done anything other than get rescued from clone war wreckage, he isn't exactly a key to anything. The reason he ended up there was obviously a failed attempt at something better happening during the clone war period, but it obviously did nothing to affect the overall story.

I like the idea that Ahsoka spent some time on Pantora after leaving the Order.
It's not like she really had any other friends who survived Episode 3.

Maybe before order 66. There's no way she'd go and meet her well known friend the Senator after it had been known that the Jedi tried to take over the republic.

I can get behind this

Senator bluebutt would never believe those lies.

How much money do you think Rogue One will make?

Maybe.
But I'm sure literally every other person did.

I don't mind them, and they don't come up often anyway. So far they're usually referred to as just "Form 3" and so on anyway.

I have my doubts Vaapad is still a canon form, but I wouldn't mind it if it was since it's basically Windu's wacky form where everyone he teaches it to goes dark side and/or crazy.

Let's face it, he's always so critical and disapproving of everyone. It's nice when he leaves nothing but a string of broken, corrupted students behind him. Let's face it, even without Vaapad with his attitude those are the exact kinds of Jedi he'd raise.

Poor Depa

Of course! He's the Fun Encouraging Awesome Robot! Nothing to fear when FEAR is here!

Where is Freemaker Adventures Episode 12?

Guess what? She did, just like the rest of the Senate.

A few million off of "Wait I thought this was episode 8!" retards
Then at least up to it's budget from SW brand bandwagoners.
A small percentage of that will be from people that actually knew the movie was happening, what it was about and when it takes place in the time line.

Less than TFA by a long shot but still enough to bring in a surplus and give us hope for good Anthology movies in the future; I'm not sure how to quantify that.

1 billion maybe?

Legos are YUCKY!

They still have skeletons!

Just like Bail Organa?

That's nothing new

Alderaan never knew the threat of a Separatist blockade, Pantora did.

By "either Battlefront" I hope you mean "Battlefront and Battlefront II" and not "BATTLEFRONT©®™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™"
