Storytime.
What's this variant supposed to be?

...

Here's Mam Stark!
Would you?

...

...

T'challa being so stupid he can't put on a crown properly.

I'd hit it.

...

...

They talk a lot and say nothing.

...

...

...

Here's daddy-o!

...

I swear, everyone is SHIELD these days.
Even fucking Exodus, the hell Bendis?

George R.R. Martin is a SHIELD Agent?

...That makes sense.

...

...

...

...

...

Based bad guys trying to prevent birth of Tony.

...

Where are them when they could prevent Bendis from writing shit?

Ha Stark is a pump and dump

wow, it's fucking nothing and I'm guessing it'll continue to be nothing for 3 more issues

>we want you to write pro-SHIELD propaganda

oh sure, just crib the secret parent history of Spider-Man, because HIS parents being secret agents went down so well

Was "Peter's parents are CIA" a thing before Family Business OGN?

pretty sure it was, but I'll have to double check

yes

here we go,

Amazing Spider-Man Annual Vol 1 #5
November, 1968

Thanks. I'm not much of Spiderfriend. It was big TWEEST to me when I read that OGN, desu.

Aunt May looked like she's five minutes from dying.
I wonder do his parents know Nick Fury. Or Wolverine.

pretty sure they knew Nick, but not Logan

Damn this bullshit. I thought that cover was a shop.

No, I think they met Logan in one of the flashback comics. It was during that month in 1997 when Marvel did a -1 issue for each title.

This conversation is strange like the writer knows where it wants it to go but don't know how. And it has a hard time depicting a real person being skeptical and reluctant. I mean, I look at her face, at what she says and I barely believe she feels that.

Just blame Bendis.

For some reason, I find this baby creepy...

Gillen was a mistake.

Wait so when the fuck was SHIELD founded as a Spy Agency?

Will the never released final two Hickman issues clear that up?

wtf am i reading
ive given up

This shit irritates me. Absolute rubbish.

This Bendis-Speak is off the fucking rails.

So Tony was adopted or something? Is there a reason to care about any of this?

I'm sorry, but how old is Tony Stark now that his mom has a tongue piercing? You know what, I just don't even care anymore.

Fuck all this.

>Will the never released final two Hickman issues clear that up?

Huh?

Not really. The adoption thing is looking less and less good.

>I'm sorry, but how old is Tony Stark now that his mom has a tongue piercing?

He must have been born around 1980 now.

He means the SHIELD mini-series by Hickman that was about the ancient order with Newton and Michelangelo and Leonardo and shit. It never got its final issues released.

Oh yeah. That pretentious, overblown, nonsensical "Look at me, I'm Grant Morrison" shite.

Yeah I wasn't a big fan of it myself, I just hate the idea of all these scientists from history doing all that shit. And then it included all the shit with Michelangelo, Nostradamus and Tesla.

Just on time to be captured in Afghanistan!

...

...

Was this issue rushed? Maleev, your work looks like shit here. Every other issue of International has been great though.

The writing and art in this issue were appauling and I loved #1-5.

>SINS OF THE FATHER

I was hoping this retarded idea of Tony being adopted would be quietly ignored. Fucking Bendis. Fucking Marvel.

The Bendis speak is on point tonight!

Like Bendis reads anything that isn't his horseshit.

Man, fuck this comic. I want a writer who knows Iron Man. I'd like to be able to read my favorite Marvel hero again, and be happy.

Blame this on gillen.

Bendisspeak bothers me less than some people, but holy shit, stop it.
