Is Magik that obscure? She has had several of her own mini series, stared in several long running series and is currently in the flagship title of the X-Men. It seems like half of all X-Fag Waifu posting is Magik. But she is still the best waifu, no debate.

Crystal Frost was the first Killer Frost's real name. Crystal was a genius homely virgin who got superpowers and became hot, so she started killing men.
Louise Lincoln was hot and emotionally abused Crystal in college because she was jealous. The Killer Frost powers are unstable and will kill you eventually, and when Crystal was dying she went to Louise for help. After she died Louise blamed herself, went crazy, and recreated Crystal's experiment. She got the same powers and started pretending she was Crystal out of grief.
Generally if she's wearing the dress, you can assume it's probably Crystal, and if she's wearing the onesie with fur it's Louise. Caitlin has icicle lesbian hair.
