I'm serious dude, the animation sequence for it was absolutely breathtaking. I honestly can't think of anything else in the past 10 years that's been this stylistically impressive, animation wise.

It was better than normal in that the movements were more interesting but it was choppy at a lot of places. Also I only liked Stevonnie's singing voice and Garnet/estelle sounded weirdly bad.

I think you're referring to to change in framerate. Not sure if that was stylistic for the swap to music video or just a limit from how much they were doing. Probably little of each. To do all that, they cut the framerate down, but at the calmer moments they had to keep the frame rate down or it woulda just looked jarring.
