Most non-Americans don't have the money for it. Or they're not as interested. Or all their talent gets sucked away to the US and elsewhere. The Chinese are doing a lot better than they used to be, economically speaking, and 1.3 billion people is a decent-sized audience so we might just see interesting things happen.
