Being leashed-up doesn't preclude you from launching into attacks on policy record. Trump's already been doing plenty of that even with the teleprompter.
Basically, just point out why Hillary and the status quo sucks, why Trump's way is the sensible alternative, and slip in a subtle but memorable barb here or there. From there it's just a matter of not letting oneself get trapped in an embarrassing "nuclear triad" moment or flub a response to a character attack.
