Littlefinger

Remember when this was the guy with a grand but unknown plan who was likely to win in the end due to sheer guile rather than tactical prowess? (like how he was in season 1)

What went wrong?

Hes intelligent but Sansa and obviously Brandon knowing him too well.
And many people dislike him where he is now.
Overall the situation changed he cant do this much at the moment.
When things getting intense he will make his move like always.

Once again a man on the cusp of greatness is struck down the second he starts thinking with his dick

what happened to all his hookers?

Show writers hardcore pandering and using the show to make political statements.

Fucking nothing makes sense anymore, two seasons ago the hound humiliated Arya, but now with very little sword training since then she effortlessly beats his supposed better? What the fuck is even going on. That quick fight pretty much summed up the later seasons, flashy but inconsistent.

She's been training in bravos. It's implicit you fucking brainlet.

I hate people like you that want everything explained.

>what went wrong
as some great thinker on here once mentioned, he let his head get far too deep into Shansa's ginger minge

crossbow

she literally trained one fucking season.

so the leak says he's going to die this season. what was his crime?

sjw writers decided to give his and other cis white males' screentime to strong independent wimmin.

Being a white male

This. Men only think with their dicks.
This is why women are winning game of thrones.

He tries to pit Sansa and Arya against each other using letters from S1/2 from King's Landing. According to the leak anyways. Regardless, he will not be given a formal trial

She spent a season being blind and begging for food! It made more sense when Master Roshi made two kids deliver milk and they ended up steamrolling the world martial arts tournament, fuck

SJW characters are using cheat codes.

So do you guys think CIA is going to plow Sansa?
What is CIA plan?

>trained for a season
>went from weaker than most westerosi knights, to better than all of them (since show brienne is arguably the strongest)

clap clap clap clap. are you two going to argue that her killing the female faceless man trainee wasn't bullshit too, because she was training to do things while blind? nevermind that the female trainee was her senior and thus must've already done that training too, or that arya had literally been gutted with a knife the episode prior and should be dead without seeing a surgeon.

you two are just soooooooo wrong

He has no plan he's just a fucking leech trying to survive, he's powerless without the Lannister

Giving Ned to Joffrey

CIA doesn't have a step by step plan, he's works in the shadows and improves the odds in his favor before making any kind of play; even then, he does it via proxies so he won't be blamed if the plan fails or backfires.

Him getting personally involved and becoming more hands on was a bad decision since everyone know you can't trust him.

A man in a mask somehow crashed his plane.

Meanwhile Podrick who is training with one of the best swordsmen everyday and has actual battle experience is still an amateur what the fuck

is podrick a strong woman? no? well theres your answer then sweetie. womenalways beat men in sword fights, because they are faster and have more agility

Bad writing is what happened. I hoped to learn how all of his moves fit in his plan but apparently there was no plan to begin with. The character that caused the entire conflict and is arguably the main antagonist is going to be killed off because he was too much of a creep and that pisses me off.

I member...

He is a pussy whipped orbiter now. Sad.

>What went wrong?

Oh, I don't know, maybe the fact that BRAN CAN SEE THE PAST AND WILL FIND OUT LITERALLY EVERYTHING THIS FUCKING CIA HAS DONE, IF HE DOESN'T ALREADY KNOW??

That's just terrible writing.

And women don't even think so we're truly fucked

>What went wrong?

His subplot got warped beyond recognition by shoving Sansa into the Ramsay plot.

The writers really wanted ramsay to be a main character for some reason instead of an intriguing cold war between sansa and littlefinger.

>an intriguing cold war between sansa and littlefinger.
when the fuck does this happen

It whats should have happened instead of 20 good men

He's off his game because he's in love with Cat/Sansa

that would require sansa suddenly being extremely intelligent though
which is also shitty writing

He put the fucking pussy on the pedestal. Never put the pussy on the pedestal.

You don't need to quote the whole post you retard, that's why the post no is linkef on top of your own post.

Watching him square off in the throne room against his eunuch buddy implied a great battle could occur between those in the shadows. The payoff just hasn't ended up happening which sucks.

It might happen in the books lol no it won't, GRRM will never live that long but it's never going to happen in the show now.

if he was at Red Wedding, would he have taken the knife for Cat?

yes

Dude started thinking with his dick. The moment he got the hots for Salsa he was done for.

D&D happened

One more move to Sansa's pussy?

How many survivors? Just a little finger.

She knows face magic and got trained by clan of super ninjas Naruto style. The poison and water she was drinking at the Faceless Men Dojo was probably laced with steroids. Alchemically enhanced.

She's also supposed to be naturally athletic and was watching/training with the dudes at the castle she grew up in.

He has a connection with Bran. He quoted Bran and Bran quoted him.

The three eyed raven. He might have known the old Targeryan or been visited.

He's the Lord of Harrenhall AND The Vale.
I'd say his schemes have gone about as far as they can at this point.

LORD STARK I AM CIA

His endgame was to de-stabilize the region so he could marry Sansa and control the North and the Vale. He didn't anticipate the zombies and dragons. Oh well.

D&D went wrong

>>THE MAZE WAS ONE THING, BUT YOU KIDS WOULDN'T LAST ONE DAY IN THE SKARCH

i think the show is very clearly establishing a rift between the affairs of man (cersei, littlefinger, euron, arya, sansa) and legendary affairs that pertain to myths and thus greater cultural-ideological significance (bran, jon, dany, thoros, hound, etc). those who side with the defense of mythical elements will probably be longstanding/permanent characters when the conflict ends; those who side with the affairs of man will probably die.

All according to the plan. In the next season he will come back as the most smug white walker and the hand of the Night King

How did he not know about it?

wasn't he missing from the books for that period?

>THE SKARCH

Maybe that should be his next kingdom.

I'm cheering for the army of the dead. They represent the muslim hordes invading a nation destroyed by feminism and social justice.

He went full retard and gained absolutely nothing by having jeoffrey killed.

ICE DID TELL YOU NOT TO TRUSHT ME

frankly, the guy peaked like two seasons ago. he burned too many bridges to get the Vale and then burned ones that were left when he saved the Starks. the Lannisters won't take him back, the Starks want him dead, and the lords he commands would kill him if he wasn't controlling the retarded boy that one day will rule the Vale. basically the dude is hanging by a thread and is crazy if he thinks his creepy smile and intrigue is going to work in the North.

he should have never saved the Starks. He should have remained loyal to the Lannisters and chilled at the Vale until the whole mess was over, consolidating power and stuff. If Dany won, bend the knee to her. I think one can be satisfied with going from whorehouse owner to lord in a lifetime. But i guess he wanted that ginger pussy. Can't judge him too harsh for that.

The Red Wedding was done without his knowledge. IIRC Tywin arranged it all on the downlow, not letting anyone else in Kings Landing know about the plot for fear it would leak out.

And while never stated, it probably played a role in why he ended up helping Ollena poison Joffrey, as payback for Cat's death

Not a woman

Red Priest can bring him back. There is one in the area with Scarface.

Stark, it's me! CIA!

also, its retarded to think of him as a mastermind. he killed the crazy-lady by pushing her through the moon door and then needed Sansa to vouch for him. basically he hitched his survival on the word of a girl that he wasn't sure was going to help him (even if at that time she was grateful to him for saving her from Joffrey).

I think the real mistake was him handing Sansa over to the Boltons for marriage.

At worse, he utterly failed to do due diligence vetting Ramsey. At best, he miscalculated Sansa's scheming ability to get Ramsey wrapped around her finger.

He probably assumed (falsely) that Sansa managed to last as long as she did at Kings Landing as a hostage, because she managed to seduce Joffrey to the point that while he hated her guts/terrorized her on a regular basis, he still loved her enough to not be able to just kill her.

In the end, he probably thought she could do the same to Ramsey; which in turn would have given him a new pawn to manipulate down the line. He just fucked up not researching who Ramsey was and that he had delivered Sansa to another psychopath.

Had he been content to stay at the Vale and marry Sansa then, he would still have come out ahead (the Vale was untouched by the War of the 5 Kings and pretty much protected enough that invasion was next to impossible).

He gambled that he could take Winterfell and it backfired on him. He's lucky Sansa forgave him but he's now basically living on borrowed time. He no longer has any leverage over Sansa to make her subservient to him, and Sansa is pretty much sick of him/keeping him around solely as a courtesy.

His best bet would be to leave Winterfell now (while granting John full access to the Vale army for the battle of the White Walkers) and sit out the coming wars in the Vale.

He's literally a pimp who's made his life partly with his skill to manipulate and seduce women.

FUCK WHITE MALES

He saved Jon by a hair and controls a large army.

He gave Sansa to the Boltons to make them feel safe and secure in their claim. Sansa also forced Lord Borton to push Ramsay into producing an heir which cause tension between them when his wife was also expecting.

He turned out Sansa and whored her out.

its pretty sad. i dont even mind if they put him out of his misery at this point. what a sorry fucking end. another man ruined by his emotions for a smug and cold roastie

Was getting caught part of his plan?

He's a smart guy

how could sansa marry ramsey if she is married to tyrone?

Creatively, it makes sense, because we want it to.

so is she still married to tyrone since ramsey died?

tyrion calls it a sham marriage or something in one of the last episodes and you can probably count on that being the last time it's ever mentioned

from GOAT to getting yasqueenslayed for no reason

oh how the mighty fall

>You don't need to quote the whole post you retard, that's why the post no is linkef on top of your own post.

What an odd thing to get upset about.

>people like you that want everything explained
lol

honestly he was never that great, even earlier
>exposition-ing his life story to some whores he just hired
>this scene

D&D aren't smart enough to write intrigue

Just watched his scene from the leaked episode. Why does his accent change every season?

I think his plan was to win Sansa's heart by helping her gain back Winterfell. Then he could marry her, and together they would control the North and The Vale.
Problem is Sansa said no. From that point on he had nowhere to go really. He's just gonna be a beta orbiter as long as he stays in Winterfell, and a babysitter if he goes back to the Vale. He already has Harrenhal and so the next step would be Great Lord of a kingdom, but to do that he'd need to probably give Sansa to Cersei somehow, and he doesn't want to because muh waifu.

>He already has Harrenhal
stop with this meme
the crown IE Cersei gave it to him and now the crown will fucking hate him if he shows up again
he has no people of his own occupying it and zero blood claim to it so it's not like the peasants and shit will accept him there either

In season 1-3 he put on a fancy pants accent since he was hanging out with rich folk and nobles.

In S4 onward, he alternates between his natural white trash accent and his fancy noble accent depending on who he's with. In particular, he uses his gravely white trash voice when he's alone with Sansa, as part of the mindfuck in terms of showing his "true self" to her.

Did he really have Harrenhall? IIRC wasn't him being given Harrenhall just an elaborate lie Tyrion told him, as part of a plot to see who on the small council was being a snitch and spying on Tyrion for Cersei?

yeah but then after blackwater and shit he got given at again, officially

GURM hasn't written his ending and D&D are too hacky to write him well.

his stepson loves him and he has the healthiest standing Westerosi cavalry and army left.

Lannister army got gangraped by dragons and horse archers. Jon's army is made up of decimated wildlings, peasants, and children.

His head got too hot.

WAS GETTING KILLED PART OF YOUR PLAN?

this

>His best bet would be to sit out the coming wars in the Vale.
It would be impossible for him to do this. His personality determines that he should be part of the decision making of the entire realm. Much like the Spider. He isn't necessarily addicted to power, its that he is addicted to being in the know so that he can feel control over being able to scheme a way that most benefits himself. He isn't a survivor like some character such as Theon would would happily live out his days sitting on his bum on some island in the middle of the ocean or some stronghold in bumfuck nowhere (The Vale).

If he was smart he would just fuck off back to the vale and focus on maintaining his status as de facto lord as he let all the other events play out around him. But he's letting his dick do the steering.

It actually sort of works; Game of Thrones is generally pretty good about bringing about people's ironic downfall, for example, Tywin having a lot of Lordly dignity and caring about his families legacy gets killed while taking a shit by his own son. That's obvious, but it establishes Martin's modus operandi for taking down his characters.

Littlefinger made his money through stuff like brothels all the while looking down on people who couldn't pragmatically play the game, and now he's basically fucked himself because he wants to fuck Sansa so bad he couldn't make wise choices.

I doubt George will, if he ever finishes anything, have LF killed quite like that.
In fact since it's Arya killing him in episode 7, that might mean GRRM planned for LSH to kill him since the characters are sort of merged.

And Arya is having him killed because Sansa asks her too, furthermore, the context of why he's going to die is much more important than who is actually going to finish him off.

And yeah, it's pretty obvious that LSH is going to kill him in the books, and that works better. But the general theme of why he's going down is similar even in the show even if it took a much more roundabout way of getting there.

Fair enough. I doubt there's going to be some epic battle of wits where le expert player sandra outsmarts him though.

what the fuck is his plan? to fuck sansa?

Season 1 is an adaptation of the books. Season 2 is inspired by the books. Seasons 3 and onwards are just ASOIAF fanfiction.

The real Little Finger is still going to win in the end. He'll be right by Sansa's side when she takes the Iron throne, as he always wanted to be.
