Yea pretty much being a Lich Queen. Now we just need the Spirit of Jellybean and the other damned and sacrificed Riverdale kids to open up some kinda tether to allow Jughead to posses his old body and command the horde to drag them all to hell.
And before Jughead hero's out. "Save a burger for me pal." Then goes over the cliff at the head of the horde right into a hellmouth.
Course the fact that it was Spellmen magic that both caused and violated a pact they had with Riverdale "protect the sons and daughters with the sacrifice of one."
So we'll have the Head Witch bong this back to All Hallows Eve and just have Reggie pass out drunk near his car and piss himself instead of hitting Hotdog.
